Lanier Islands Legacy Lodge

The legacy lodge was amazing from the room to the Nye celebration. Management and staff were awesome and very friendly. There was open bar and and a wonderful spread of food and desserts. Great experience and a wonderful party with an energetic band that made our party dance the whole night away! We will be back for sure!

It was truly an unforgettable New Year’s Eve celebration! The night was filled with vibrant energy, thanks to an incredible live band that kept everyone on their feet with their infectious music and lively beats. We danced our hearts out, laughing and celebrating every moment as the clock ticked closer to midnight. The food was nothing short of spectacular—each dish was a burst of flavors, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. From mouth-watering appetizers to the main course, every bite felt like a celebration in itself. And the desserts? Pure magic! Rich, decadent, and delightfully sweet, they were the perfect way to end an already perfect meal.

We attended the NYE Party at Lake Lanier. There were 13 of us in our group and we all had a wonderful time. Rooms were nice and clean. Atmosphere around the lodge was very friendly. Heated pool was amazing too. Only minor gripe I have is that the lighting in the rooms could have been brighter.

What an amazing place. We were there for NYE with our friends and family. Check in at the legacy lodge was easy breezy. We were welcomed with a glass of bubbly and the staff was friendly and polite. NYE party started at 630 to cocktails and endeavors which were amazing. The band that played at 9 to midnight was entertaining and high energy l. Overall a great time!

Beautiful lakefront location with stunning views. Comfortable rooms, many with balconies overlooking the water. Good selection of on-site dining options. The Lake Lanier Resort Lodge is a solid choice for a relaxing getaway or a fun-filled NYE celebration.

Enjoyed the many amenities and beautiful views of the lake. Room was comfortable and well equipped. Loved sitting on the balcony and drinking coffee looking at the calming lake. Lots of walking spaces, firepit and great indoor spaces. As a state-wide organization, our conferences are like family reunions, and I enjoyed the seating spaces around the fireplace and the multiple areas for reconnecting and visiting with colleagues. (and great group photo opps!) Staff, from the valet to front desk and wait staff were all courteous, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Ordered from Bullfrogs Bar and Grille and food was delicious. Meeting rooms were comfortable, and snacks and lunch were great.
