Il servizio e l'atteggiamento del servizio sono ok, ma ci sono due cose di cui non sono soddisfatto. L'acqua calda nella doccia è molto piccola e non abbastanza calda. Ho noleggiato un'auto mentre il parcheggio era in manutenzione e ho potuto metterla solo nel parcheggio esterno pagando un costo di parcheggio di $ 20 a notte.

Although majestically placed in the heart of the Microcentro, or perhaps relying on this sole fact, the staff was one of the rudest and less helpful I've seen in a hotel in this price range in Latin America. They refused to speak any other language other than Spanish, and when requested to speak slowly so we could listen through the porteño accent, they didn't. When asked about their room service, the answer was a dry "scan the QR code". When asked about what would be open (it was Christmas), they told us to ask around the street. Luckily, the people on the streets were far more warm and helped us get around the city better. The rooms were good and appropriately clean.

達到預期要求如衞生，地理位置等。不知為何門很實要費很大力氣才到門。前台很幫忙如我們遺失手機，他們立刻幫忙打電話等。

房間衞生可以，酒店位置也好，斜對門的ABC 餐廳烤肉物美價廉，街道很熱鬧，十字路口有人在跳阿根廷探戈。WiFi 網速很快。總體感覺不錯。早餐沒吃不知道怎樣。

Excelente atención y disposición. Lo único para tener en cuenta es que los pasillos son muy ruidosos.
