Struttura maestosa, molto d’effetto. Andrebbe un po’ rimodernata, soprattutto l’impianto elettrico. Gentilissimo il sig. Mariano della reception che ci ha informati sullo sciopero del personale aeroportuale e, grazie al suo aiuto, non abbiamo perso l’aereo. Ottima esperienza, consigliatissimo!

스위트 객실이어서 여행가방 짐 정리하기가 편했습니다.
수영장 가는 길이 계단으로 이어져서 불안합니다.

Lovely Hotel , very nice large rooms with perfect furniture. Excellent location on main road, within walking distance of shops and places to see. Very large area of reception and and nicely decorated. Very comfortable Bedroom , and sitting area

Beautiful hotel with fabulous service! The Scala has amazingly large rooms and a huge breakfast. The people are excellent and very professional. Our light dinners were great. This is a great place to stay in Buenos Aires.

Unfortunately, this hotel is very aware of the bait and switch operation they are taking part in. The advertised price all over the internet is $50 to $75 per night. After you arrive, after they have your Cc card, they will advise you the room is $150 per night. The hot water doesn't work. The floors are old pergo. Breakfast was good. Mariano at the front desk is a bullsh$t artist.

I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN. It is the worst hotel ever. Bad room service and no air-conditioning. In the beginning the cost was 11 thousand pesos a night and then they raised it to 23 thousand!!! Utterly terrible

It was a huge disappointment. My wife and I arrived at 8pm after a long day traveling only to find out we didn’t have a room. Front desk said they couldn’t find either me or my wife. By the way, it was my WIFE’S BIRTHDAY. We realized front desk had no interest in solving the situation so we decided to contact *******. ******* called the hotel and front desk acted very strange. First they couldn’t speak English, then they could. Then the connection was lost…I was still with the ******* rep on the line when all of the sudden the reservation showed up. However, he said they didn’t have the room we paid for, only a full bed. So, I had to sleep in a full bed with my wife for 3 nights. They also did absolutely nothing to compensate us for this horrible experience. I do not recommend this hotel. You can find better options closer to Buenos Aires’ highlights and with a staff that actually cares about you.

I don't have much good to say about this place, I'm afraid. I spent 2 weeks here. I was given a room near the laundry and was woken every morning by the clang of the laundry press. It took a week of complaints before they moved me. They offered a multitude of excuses before they finally confessed that I was close to the laundry. Like it was a surprise to them... Breakfast was included. I have travelled all over and lived in 4 continents and I can say that this was the worst breakfast buffet I've ever experienced. It's also the only hotel I've encountered that charges you to leave your luggage for a few days. Rooms were ok but mine had ants. Bed was too short for my 191cm frame. Shower pressure was good. Desk staff were not helpful. I will compliment both the bell hops and the cleaning staff. Both were great. The location was good but not enough of a reason to return.
