I have been to almost every 5 start hotel in Buenos Aires, and none come close to comparing to Casa Lucia. The building is amazing, the rooms are wonderful, the food and drink are all exceptional. But most of all, the staff is 10/10 and completely genuine and kind. Florencia at the front desk truly made this feel like home. Ravel and the rest of the staff at the bar delivered exceptional drinks with kindness and hospitality. I have never written a review before, but this whole experience, mainly because of the people, was too exceptional not to.

From the moment I entered the hotel, the staff was welcoming. The lobby is beautiful and fragrant, the room spotless and spacious. The breakfast was delicious. It is in a great location even if you need to walk, it’s close by the must see sites.

The Cantina has excellent food, fabulous service, and good value . Our servers Michael and Elina were very professional, courteous, and attentive. The ambience was sophisticated and pleasant—excellent for conversation. Our group of seven highly recommend this restaurant.

Staying at Hotel Casa Lucia was truly an unforgettable experience! From the moment we walked through the doors, we were enveloped in an atmosphere of warmth and elegance. This boutique hotel effortlessly blends modern comfort with classic charm, making it the perfect retreat in Buenos Aires. The staff at Hotel Casa Lucia are second to none. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive service throughout our stay, we felt genuinely cared for. Agustina and Florencia went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, offering excellent recommendations for local dining and attractions. It’s clear that the staff take great pride in their work, and it shows in every interaction. The room was a perfect blend of luxury and coziness. My room was beautifully decorated, featuring stylish furnishings, plush bedding, and all the amenities one could wish for. The attention to detail is evident everywhere. Situated in a vibrant neighborhood, the hotel is within walking distance of many of Buenos Aires' top attractions. Final Thoughts: Hotel Casa Lucia is more than just a place to stay – it’s an experience. The combination of superb service, exquisite accommodations, and an unbeatable location makes it a top choice for anyone visiting Buenos Aires. I can’t recommend this hotel enough and will definitely return on my next trip to the city!

The hotel has an awesome modern vibe. Upon entering, you are greeted by a beautiful bar. The lounge area had a live DJ with excellent cocktails. Our room was beautiful and the bed was extremely comfortable. Camila, at reception, was wonderful. Overall, a fantastic stay.

The breakfast is disappointing. It is confusing and not very hygienic to serve ourselves in the middle of the hall! The cheese, ham and fruits are exposed in the hall and it get dry. During two days the croissant finished and we had to ask two our three times to fulfilled again. I would not be back. For the same price I would suggest other 5 star hotels in the same region.

Fantastic rooms and hotel staff were wonderful. Great location and very safe to explore by foot. Great restaurants very close by and amazingly nice shopping options. Superb grocery store only a 3 minute walk and many coffee shop options. Only 10 min walk to the park and artist market on weekends.

Amazing staff, and excellent amenities. Had a thoroughly enjoyable stay. Loved that the hotel has personality and style, making a nice break from the more generic big chain hotels. It’s also a very nice and safe area. Breakfast could be a little more vegan friendly, and they could upgrade the quality of the toilets & bidets, but neither of those details merits knocking off a star. Definitely 5 star quality hotel.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an exceptional experience, largely thanks to Florencia. She was incredibly nice and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Her warm and friendly demeanor made us feel right at home. Florencia’s outstanding service truly elevated our experience and made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel for its excellent staff and wonderful hospitality.
