Hotel Aleksandar

Hello, unfortunately I can't say anything good about this hotel. The first bad impression was left by the staff, the second by the messy rooms, the third by the bad food.

It's not the first time i've been here with my family, all praise for the animation, and i especially praise Željko and Sofija, who perform every activity with full att attention and a smile, all the recommendations for them. 😇

The location of the hotel is very close (less than 200m) from a very loud nightclub and open air foam party which plays music so loud that you can feel it vibrating on your sun lounger and bed in your room. There are also multiple other nightclubs nearby. The reception staff are not helpful, for example asked for pool towels - didn’t have any and said they couldn’t do anything about it. The rooms are not cleaned daily by the housekeeping staff. The room that we stayed in had significant mould growing in the bathroom. The breakfast and lunch buffet is okay- usual hotel buffet style food. The restaurant staff are fantastic, very friendly and work incredibly hard. It is a real shame as the Old Town and harbour are beautiful and within easy walking distance from the hotel but the noise and the lack of customer service from the reception staff spoil it so much that we actually checked out 2 nights early and stayed in a different hotel. I would recommend not staying in this hotel unless you are keen on attending the clubs and foam party. Stay just outside of Budva and visit the Old Town and harbour and then go back to your hotel outside of Budva

Amazing Hotel! The breakfast buffet was delicious, and they offered a lot of evening activities for both children and adults. The location is also amazing, super close to the city and Old City Budva, the beach is also right infront of the hotel so this place is perfect!

Hotel is very nice,rooms are clean.We like the pools,especially animation activities,girls Mina and Aleksandra are amazing.

The rooms was not cleaned, we’re done once in 10 day holiday, when I complained to reception, changed the bed and cleaned the room, emptied bins and changed towels each day. Food was terrible, needs to cater for all nationalities. Would avoid this hotel at all cost.
