Al primo piano di un palazzo storico nella grande piazza della ruota panoramica. Ottima accoglienza, camere grandi, letto comodo, enormi cuscini. La pulizia accurata, manca solamente il frigo bar che ho già segnalato alla reception, oltretutto gentilissime le ragazze

Hotel pulito e ben curato anche nell'arredamento. Ragazze che gestiscono davvero gentili, attente e disponibili. La camere non sono grandi ma funzionali, unica pecca non avere la sala breakfast, è noioso uscire per fare colazione

Questo hotel è piccolo ma molto accogliente e grazioso. L'arredamento è moderno e di buon gusto. Dalla camera in cui ho soggiornato si poteva vedere la strada principale e la ruota panoramica. Nonostante fosse, appunto, sulla strada, la permanenza è stata tranquilla e i rumori non erano fastidiosi. Nel bagno abbiamo trovato sia bagnoschiuma che shampoo, sapone mani e cuffia per capelli. L'unica pecca del bagno è l'assenza di una tenda per chiudere la doccia. Il letto è comodo, un po' meno i cuscini. Le ragazze alla reception sono state molto carine, gentili e disponibili. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Fabulous day at hotel rumor, comfy beds and lovely pillows, everything in the room that you could need! The even arranged a surprise for our anniversary! Would definitely recommend - Shower is great and staff very helpful and friendly! Also location could not be BETTER!

A very small getaway right in the city centre. The staff is very helpful and friendly. We felt really cared for. The sheets, the bathroom, everything was clean and tidy. There’s a cafe at the same building, which was very comfortable. The WiFi was stable.

Amazing Hotel, Staff are very friendly and welcoming, glass of Prosecco on arrival, as we had to move from the hotel, we originally booked, we cannot fault this hotel at all! we stayed in a deluxe room very clean, very modern unfortunately, I did not take any photos of the inside of the room, but on the website it’s a true likeness. The hotel is situated in a great position, ideal for walking to all the attractions. Receptionist gave us a map marked out a few things on the map for us to do they recommended a couple of restaurants behind the reception. There is a 10% off blueberry who they recommended for breakfast. Beautiful And not far from the hotel.

An absolutely stunning hotel with the friendliest staff. Our room was spacious, clean and provided everything we needed. The location was perfect and everywhere was within walking distance. Virag made the booking so easy and organised transfers for us. Nothing was too much trouble. She knows the city well and gave us some top recommendations for our stay. A fabulous weekend break made extra special thanks to Hotel Rumor.

From the entrance/lift i thought ‘oh no’ it looks very unappealing, but once through the the doors you breathe a sigh of relief. (A sign stating floor number would be appreciated).
Very welcoming staff & lovely rooms. Excellent location too.

We had a beautiful,large room and the staff were very helpfu.l .Despite the central location the room was quiet We were given complimentary prosecco why we waited for check in which was a lovely touch. Breakfast not included but lots of delicious breakfast places nearby. I would definitely recommend Rumor hotel.
