I want to leave a review from the bottom of my heart to the most beautiful Oumaime, she is a person with a big kind heart, a very honest decent person. The whole hotel team is wonderful people! We are very grateful to Oumaima for her help in solving our problem, she is very responsive and the best hotel employee in my opinion! Your hotel is definitely the best. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The best resort I’ve ever stayed at with my family! Everyone here is incredibly kind, happy, and welcoming — they truly went above and beyond our expectations. We were especially touched when they surprised us by celebrating our son’s birthday during breakfast, even without us asking! Every staff member was always smiling and ready to help. It was a perfect experience from start to finish. Highly recommended! For sure coming back soon! Thank you so much everyone !!!

My 9 year old daughter stepped on a stabler nail placed at the kids water park area, and was bleeding. We found the staff to be very unsupportive. After much calling we got someone to apply a plaster on her. When we got to reception to report this, and ask what a stable nail was doing on the floor in the kids area, they apologised and kept insisting we come back for another stay over night. When we finally contacted them about this compensation they had offered on the day, they said they would only give a day pass. I just felt fooled. It not about the freebies but about the unsupportive staff and unprofessionalism the staff there exhibited. That is why I am writing this review.

Everything in the hotel was excellent, the room large, spotless clean, with a fabulous bed and high quality toiletries. The 3 restaurants are just great: delicious food, excellent service and very stylish settings. However they don’t serve alcohol, which is clearly communicated at checkin. The best feature by far, at least for kids, is the waterpark, with several slides and pools for all ages. All taken into account, a bit pricey; tip: calling directly and booking prepaid would get the best price.

BRAYAN DISILVA does a great job at cleaning the rooms my room was spotless everyday that I returned from work while I have been staying at the Wyndham. The bathroom is always clean and spotless. And the beds are made fantastically everyday with perfection

The room was vast and came with a great balcony. The Staff were amazingly helpful and cordial. The Management really puts focus on cleanliness and keeps the place fit for family entertainment. The Pirate Water part was amazing. My daughter enjoyed the place so much. The facility had peacocks and flaminoges, a pond of Koi fishes. All well take care of. Plenty of staff on call. I would like to thank the staff for their support and hospitality.
