Hotel in zona Parcul Regina Maria, Bucarest

Ho viaggiato a Bucharest per lavoro e riporto la mia esperienza di 4 notti. Colazioni continentali con prodotti di qualità e adatte ad ogni tipo di esigenza alimentare. La struttura pulita e tenuta in ordine (nonostante in questo momento dell’anno fosse molto frequentata) e dotata di ogni confort. La piscina coperta è grande e la temperatura dell‘acqua è gradevole. La jacuzzi esterna ha acqua termale ed è l’ideale per rilassarsi un po’, così come il servizio spa dotato di sauna, bagno turco ecc.. Ho avuto il piacere di usufruire della palestra, dotata di ogni attrezzo utile per allenarsi. I livelli di pulizia sono degni di un hotel a 5 stelle, come soprattutto lo é il servizio. In questa struttura in caso abbiate necessità dell’ultimo minuto o motivi di reclamo, lo staff e la direzione sono veramente molto disponibili ad aiutare o risolvere piccoli inconvenienti. Questo fa la differenza, ed è l’elemento che ha reso la mia permanenza un’esperienza da ripetere. Il prezzo è assolutamente corretto e in linea con la struttura, anzi è decisamente conveniente per la qualità del soggiorno e dei servizi offerti. Per il mio prossimo soggiorno a Bucharest so sicuramente che ci tornerò.

Hotel molto bello e pulito, stanza abbastanza grande, colazione molto ricca con molta varietà sia dolce che salata, personale gentile e sempre disponibile, piscina sia interna che esterna molto belle!! Assolutamente consigliato!!!!

È una bella struttura, il problema è la gestione della stessa. Ci sono stato la prima volta all'inizio di giugno, nell'hotel non c'era quasi nessuno a causa della pandemia, quindi mi hanno dato una camera ben tenuta e mi hanno trattato bene. Ho pagato la camera 222 lei. All'inizio di settembre ho chiamato all'hotel per prenotare tre o quattro notti e mi hanno proposto un prezzo intorno ai 70 euro per la singola con la prima colazione. Vedendo i prezzi su Booking.com, ho constatato che il prezzo offerto da booking era inferiore a quello che proponevano a me che già ero stato cliente. L'ho fatto presente e, trattando il prezzo, mi hanno dato la camera allo stesso prezzo offerto da Booking.com. Trattare il prezzo è una procedura che non si addice ad un hotel di quattro stelle. Sono arrivato la sera tardi, stanco del viaggio, e mi hanno affibbiato una camera con due letti singoli, piccoli che durante la notte si aprivano, ciascuno con una coperta molto corta. Il giorno dopo ho fatto presente che avevo prenotato una doppia per una sola persona e mi hanno dato la camera 709 (sono passati tre mesi e potrei anche sbagliare il numero della camera). La 709 aveva la maniglia del bagno rotta che non ne consentiva l'apertura, per cui il bagno e la camera puzzavano, inoltre il supporto della doccia si stava staccando ed il portasapone liquido era stato divelto. Ho fatto presente il problema alla ragazza della reception bionda (non quella bionda anziana, quella più giovane e più in carne), la quale ha risposto che al momento non poteva fare niente. Da quel momento la suddetta impiegata, quasi sempre alla reception, ha iniziato ad essere scortese con me. Ed ovviamente le ho fatto presente che avrei scritto una recensione sull'hotel. A mio avviso il proprietario o il gestore dell'hotel non conosce questo andazzo, altrimenti provvederebbe a far andare meglio le cose: non è intelligente né è economico non fare delle piccole riparazioni che eviterebbero di far degradare le camere. La colazione era buona, le parti comuni dell'hotel sono ben tenute.

La suite nel complesso è buona e dispone di un soggiorno molto comodo per ricevere gli ospiti. I cuscini sul letto erano un po' duri. Durante il mio soggiorno, il condizionatore nel soggiorno è andato in cortocircuito ed è scattato, quindi ho dovuto cambiare stanza. L'igiene è molto buona.

Scrivo questa recensione non per chi vuole andare in questo hotel che nel complesso è buono.. ma per chi lo dirige .. in cinque giorni che sono stato ospite la camera non è mai stata pulita il minibar mai rigenerato .. notti insonni per ospiti dell'hotel rumorosi.e nonostante le lamentele mie e di altri ospiti esasperati nulla è stato fatto.. Suggerimento.. le guardie che sono all'ingresso fatele lavorare per le funzioni che dovrebbero svolgere.. controllate il personale di servizio nelle camere che faccia le normali pulizie e.. i camerieri addetti alle colazioni fateli lavorare non come successo che giocano

When i got there, I was told I was too early (fair enough, check-in is from 2 pm and i got there around 11.30) I had sort of anticipated this, so thought i would just kill some time at the skybar which supposedly has a great view - but much to my surprise, I was told the skybar was closed, only open for breakfast. Must be the biggest attraction of the hotel, and in their wisdom, they close it! So instead, I took a walk heading towards the parliament building which is preety close by. When i returned a while later, room was now ready but oh by the way, the lift doesnt work! So i now had to carry luggage up the fire exit staircase (room was on 4th floor). Very narrow and poorly lit, so if you have trouble walking - good luck. Just hope you dont meet somebody coming down - passing them will be a challenge :-) Reception said lift would be fixed in a day or two!! So i made it to the room and cannot really decide what to think of it. On the one hand, it was spotlessly clean and looked very new and modern but on the other hand: No coffee / tea, There was a minibar with some wine and soft drinks but no beer,No glasses to be found anywhere (so I guess, just drink the wine from the bottle),WiFi works but not very stable - keeps dropping out. At breakfast, the skybar was now open - 2 people in front of me for the coffee machine which was quite slow - turned out they were not guests - but the breakfast room staff!. When they finally had their coffee they went straigth out onto the open terrasse for a cigarette (very small outdoor terrase and the staff now occupied 1/3 of it) and started chatting quite loudly - so terrasse is just as much for the staff - not the guests only. And really - if staff of any kind of establishment wants to have a loud discussion, do so away from the guests!! Breakfast was very poor - quite frankly pathetic! - some dry toast bread, a little bit of cheese and some slices of what looked like ham/salami - nothing warm like e.g. eggs (of course the staff were busy out on the terrasse smoking and having a loud conversation). Definately not worth any money at all - instead head out for one of the many cafes very close by. The lobby has what looks like a bar, but all they sell is coffee. Big surprise to me when late afternoon after a long walk i came back, asked for a cold beer and was told they didnt have any!! You can have some wine from the minibar, but you cant have a beer anywhere. The day of departure i waited a little in the lobby for my taxi to the airport. Need to use a bathroom?? Too bad - just like the lift, out of order. This would be fixed ”in a day or 2” so clearly not a priority for this place. Wifi, although it did work in the room - no luck in the lobby - could not connect at all. The guy in the lobby was nice enough but most of the time you will find him outside, having a smoke. All in all, extremely dissapointed with this place. Wish i had gone back to Hello Hotel instead - breakfast much much better, you can

Ho soggiornato in un paio di hotel Holiday Inn in Europa ma questo è il mio 100% preferito. Molto pulito, moderno e il colazione è solo sorprendente! Il personale è super utile e amichevole! La posizione è anche molto buona, vicino a poche attrazioni turistiche e il quartiere è pieno di ristoranti. Pe data futura!

We mistake for old town & uptown , location was 35mins ++ walking distance to city & old-town & all day-tour pick up point . Quiet place for sleeping. We ordered airport pick up , the Driver nice & good , his drop us and open the lobby door for us , take the room keys in letter box for us and explain where ours lot . feel good ( around 22:00pm local times)… .. after in ours apartment, look new and tidy inside , but we can’t find any brief-notes for WiFi passwords, even found the modem , password was chance !! so thinking paid for roaming , ( Vodafone get in data ) , work only few second than died line all night till morning even walk around at city . ( choose Orange will more better). Service or Staff ? We stay four nights, none seen one . The window & balcony full of dust . By the end, if you’re self drive tourist is ok to stay here .

Struttura in pieno centro (dal balconcino ammiri lo storico Palazzo Hanu'Lui Manuc e la Basilica Sfanton Curtea Veche, che ti regalano la sensazione di ”vivere” l'atmosfera rumena; quindi ai margini del vivace quartiere di Lipscani con i suoi animati e poliedrici locali. Stanze eleganti, ampie e dotate di bollitore e macchina del caffè. Personale cordiale e professionale. Buono il rapporto qualità prezzo.
