Hotel in zona Random Thermo, Bucarest

Hotel carino, il personale era grande e accogliente, molto bello interno. Le camere sono molto piccole ma standard, completamente gratuito e stabile Wi-Fi in tutto l'edificio, e il colazione era buona. L'unico lato inferiore era la zona. Era un grande shock. È in una zona molto brutta con trappole, tossicodipendenti e altri indesiderati. Un breve passo verso la stazione ferroviaria e vediamo due uomini che si attaccano regolarmente intorno a sniffare le ghiandole dai sacchi. Non una riflessione sull'hotel, come dico, è un ottimo hotel e ha migliorato il nostro soggiorno a causa della pulizia e della sicurezza che ha offerto

Struttura in pieno centro (dal balconcino ammiri lo storico Palazzo Hanu'Lui Manuc e la Basilica Sfanton Curtea Veche, che ti regalano la sensazione di ”vivere” l'atmosfera rumena; quindi ai margini del vivace quartiere di Lipscani con i suoi animati e poliedrici locali. Stanze eleganti, ampie e dotate di bollitore e macchina del caffè. Personale cordiale e professionale. Buono il rapporto qualità prezzo.

Questo hotel è un po' complicato. Non prenotare le camere normali perché sono stanche e i letti sembrano mollicci e usati. Hanno bisogno di fare un po' di lavoro all'interno dei tappeti all'esterno delle stanze. Solo il soggiorno nelle suite sono e soprattutto perché sono fantastici. Ma la camera superior e la camera normale non sono di mio gradimento e un po' deprimente. Ma soggiornerei in questo hotel ogni volta che andassi a Bucarest, ma solo nei dolci e negli studi non nelle normali camere d'albergo dall'aspetto stanco. Uno dei principali vantaggi di questo hotel/aparte hotel è che ha una fantastica vasca idromassaggio/idromassaggio ed è proprio accanto alla palestra, tutto ciò che devi fare è accedere. Adoro la vasca idromassaggio e in particolare la piscina a metà dicembre quando tutto gelava. Soggiornerei qui ogni volta che visito Bucarest. Il cibo nel ristorante è ok, il rapporto qualità-prezzo è abbastanza buono e il servizio è buono. Anche le donne alla reception sono molto disponibili e accomodanti.

Prenotato quasi ad occhi chiusi, certi del fatto che le nostre aspettative non sarebbero state deluse in quanto l'hotel in questione fa parte del gruppo Accor. Camere ampie, pulite, confortevoli con materasso matrimoniale e 4 cuscini. La cosa che più ci ha entusiasmato è stata la qualità e abbondanza della colazione.... anche se un espresso, richiesto direttamente al bar, in una struttura di questa caratura, dovrebbe essere compreso e non fatto pagare a parte. la posizione poi rappresenta la quinta stella , in quanto il centro è veramente dietro l'angolo.

Questo è un hotel semplice che aveva i comfort di base, ma dato che era tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno, ne siamo rimasti abbastanza soddisfatti. Ci sono un paio di posti dove puoi sederti fuori e goderti il ​​clima, se vuoi. L'unico lato negativo è che non custodiscono i bagagli e il check-out è anticipato (10:00), quindi abbiamo dovuto prendere un altro giorno perché il nostro volo era più tardi.

L'hotel non dista molto dal centro ed in generale si presenta come una bella struttura moderna. I servizi però lasciano a desiderare e non vale quello che costa. Viaggiando con nostro figlio abbamo chiesto una tripla e ci hanno dato una doppia con una brandina bassissima e con un materassino sottilissimo... Scomodo a dir poco! In camera c'è un bollitore e il primo giorno abbiamo trovato tazze pulite e bustine di the e camomilla. Perfetto! Le abbiamo usate, ma le tazze non ci sono state mai cambiate e nemmeno le bustine usate sotituite con nuove... Letti tirati su frettolosamente senza nemmeno rimettere i doppi cuscini. Devo dire che però gli asciugamani li hanno cambiati, almeno questo. Colazione dolce molto basic: solo mini cornetti e mini saccottini al cioccolato che finivano in continuazione e ne rimettevano pochissimi per volta. Qualche volta abbiamo trovato dei pezzetti di torta tipo ciambellone, ma un pò secchi e insipidi. Nessun biscotto, nessuna costata, nessuno yogurt alla frutta. Un pò più varia la colazione salata. Quando c'è parecchia gente gli ascensori sono lentissimi, però purtroppo sono necessari perchè l'hotel ha parecchi piani. Nessuno dello staff parla italiano, ma questo è abbastanza nomale. Però non è normale che se gli chiedi una bustina di the perchè le camerie la mattina non te le hanno messe, ti rispondono che non possono farci niente e devi aspettare il giorno dopo. E comunque il giorno dopo la camera è nella stessa situazione del giorno prima... E' vero che l'hotel si trova abbastanza vicino al centro, ma una volta scoperta la comodità di Uber si può optare per prendere una struttura un pò più distante e farsi portare dove si vuole con costi bassissimi! In conclusione i servizi non sono all'altezza di un 4 stelle e il prezzo è più alto della media degli altri hotel.

We mistake for old town & uptown , location was 35mins ++ walking distance to city & old-town & all day-tour pick up point . Quiet place for sleeping. We ordered airport pick up , the Driver nice & good , his drop us and open the lobby door for us , take the room keys in letter box for us and explain where ours lot . feel good ( around 22:00pm local times)… .. after in ours apartment, look new and tidy inside , but we can’t find any brief-notes for WiFi passwords, even found the modem , password was chance !! so thinking paid for roaming , ( Vodafone get in data ) , work only few second than died line all night till morning even walk around at city . ( choose Orange will more better). Service or Staff ? We stay four nights, none seen one . The window & balcony full of dust . By the end, if you’re self drive tourist is ok to stay here .

Hotel molto bello e pulito, stanza abbastanza grande, colazione molto ricca con molta varietà sia dolce che salata, personale gentile e sempre disponibile, piscina sia interna che esterna molto belle!! Assolutamente consigliato!!!!

I had to fly to Bucharest on the 26th September for a 2 week business holiday. Due to the fact that my affairs were within Bucur-Obor Colentina area, I had to look for a hotel in the same area. When searching area Hotel ”Sir Colentina” came up, and I went to visit the place and see if I can book a twin room. This was on a Tuesday. On entering the hotel, a heavy smell of cigarette smoke was in the lobby area. The lady I met on that day and was behind the reception was called Simona. She was behind a plastic screen and she wasn't wearing a mask. I then found out that she was director of the operations and not a receptionist. She seemed to be very nice and polite, very keen to provide a good customer service to a potential customer. From her I found out that this hotel was own/ run by a Turkish guy. She rang a house maid and asked to show us a room to get an idea on how a room looked like. The maid who turned up didn't wear a mask and when pointing towards her face and asking where her mask was, she replied that she came out in hurry just to show us the room and that's why she wasn't wearing a mask. We left and went downstairs and received on a piece of paper the details of the hotel and room prices, all written down by Simona Although I was advised that if I want to book a room to ring the hotel, I didn't do it, and instead we just came next morning into the hotel to get a room. At the desk was a different girl and she seemed very bored and a bit on the moody side. After explaining that I spoke to Simona about a twin room and I was shown one the day before she eventually said that there was a room available on level 5th, room 507. I accepted and have paid for three nights. Before heading up to the room I asked the girl (I believe her name was Umut/Ulut which is a Turkish name) to confirm there was a hairdryer in the room. She didn't know what that was ( a hairdryer), and then she just nodded ”yes” like. Although there was two of us, I was handed out just one room key card for accessing the door. Went up to the room to find out the key card wasn't working. After trying many times, exasperated, I went downstairs to ask the reception to help. The girl at the reception said that she can't do anything because the card was needing charged and the machine who charges the cards ????!!!??? wasn't available I never heard anything like that before. Anyway, she said that she will send a handy man upstairs with a master key to unlock the door.... Went upstairs, the handy man was there frowning and waiting for me. With no mask on. He was very unfriendly and very moody too. I showed him that the card wasn't working, he simply unscrew the deadlock and removed the lock and replaced it with a different one. Then he gave me room 503 key card!!!. I asked him how does that work???. He replied very pissed that there was no money for fixing things and cards etc...I took the key card, the next day the same girl at the reception wrote 507 over 503 key c
