Hotel in zona Lutheran church, Bucarest

L’hotel è meraviglioso, in una location storica e in una posizione ottima per visitare la città. Peccato però che non sia all’altezza delle 5 stelle che gli sono state attribuite: la pulizia della camera era decisamente sommaria, un giorno alle 16.00 non era ancora stata sistemata e abbiamo dovuto sollecitare in reception. La cosa più grave è però che la nostra camera aveva odore di fumo, lo abbiamo segnalato, ma nessuno si è offerto di cambiarci sistemazione. Nessuno saluta in reception quando si passa davanti per uscire, nemmeno il portiere, il che non è adeguato al servizio che dovrebbero offrire. Solo un ragazzo che parlava italiano si è dimostrato gentile e cordiale. Nota di oggettivo merito sono la Spa e la palestra: entrambe belle e funzionali (anche se gli ingressi andrebbero contingentati), davvero ottimo il servizio massaggi.

Siamo stati benissimo, proprio nel mezzo del centro storico, tutto era raggiungibile a piedi e molto bello. Edifici classici rinnovati tutt'intorno, che ospitano affascinanti caffè e ristoranti. Anche la stazione della metropolitana era raggiungibile a piedi, ma devo dire che non c'erano parcheggi appartenenti all'hotel, dovevamo trovare la strada e pagare, ma nelle vicinanze.

Il centro storico è a 5 minuti a piedi e nelle vicinanze c'è un'università, quindi ci sono molti caffè, librerie e ristoranti economici. Anche il punto di raccolta per le visite al Castello di Peles, al Castello di Bran e a Brasov è molto vicino all'hotel. Le camere sono uniche e il personale è molto cordiale.

Hotel fantastico con un ottimo design, molto tranquillo e rilassante. L'hotel dispone di una hall moderna e di un elegante ristorante. Camere e bagni confortevoli. Personale eccellente e molto disponibile. Trattano i loro clienti proprio come una famiglia. Sicuramente consiglierò questo hotel.

When i got there, I was told I was too early (fair enough, check-in is from 2 pm and i got there around 11.30) I had sort of anticipated this, so thought i would just kill some time at the skybar which supposedly has a great view - but much to my surprise, I was told the skybar was closed, only open for breakfast. Must be the biggest attraction of the hotel, and in their wisdom, they close it! So instead, I took a walk heading towards the parliament building which is preety close by. When i returned a while later, room was now ready but oh by the way, the lift doesnt work! So i now had to carry luggage up the fire exit staircase (room was on 4th floor). Very narrow and poorly lit, so if you have trouble walking - good luck. Just hope you dont meet somebody coming down - passing them will be a challenge :-) Reception said lift would be fixed in a day or two!! So i made it to the room and cannot really decide what to think of it. On the one hand, it was spotlessly clean and looked very new and modern but on the other hand: No coffee / tea, There was a minibar with some wine and soft drinks but no beer,No glasses to be found anywhere (so I guess, just drink the wine from the bottle),WiFi works but not very stable - keeps dropping out. At breakfast, the skybar was now open - 2 people in front of me for the coffee machine which was quite slow - turned out they were not guests - but the breakfast room staff!. When they finally had their coffee they went straigth out onto the open terrasse for a cigarette (very small outdoor terrase and the staff now occupied 1/3 of it) and started chatting quite loudly - so terrasse is just as much for the staff - not the guests only. And really - if staff of any kind of establishment wants to have a loud discussion, do so away from the guests!! Breakfast was very poor - quite frankly pathetic! - some dry toast bread, a little bit of cheese and some slices of what looked like ham/salami - nothing warm like e.g. eggs (of course the staff were busy out on the terrasse smoking and having a loud conversation). Definately not worth any money at all - instead head out for one of the many cafes very close by. The lobby has what looks like a bar, but all they sell is coffee. Big surprise to me when late afternoon after a long walk i came back, asked for a cold beer and was told they didnt have any!! You can have some wine from the minibar, but you cant have a beer anywhere. The day of departure i waited a little in the lobby for my taxi to the airport. Need to use a bathroom?? Too bad - just like the lift, out of order. This would be fixed ”in a day or 2” so clearly not a priority for this place. Wifi, although it did work in the room - no luck in the lobby - could not connect at all. The guy in the lobby was nice enough but most of the time you will find him outside, having a smoke. All in all, extremely dissapointed with this place. Wish i had gone back to Hello Hotel instead - breakfast much much better, you can

Hotel carino,situato in zona centrale ed ottimale della città. Colazione molto minimal, che punta sul salato e pochissimo sulla scelta dei dolci. La camera, con balcone, è spaziosa,con letto molto comodo e bagno di medie dimensioni. Dispone di ciabattine, frigobar (niente acqua di cortesia di benvenuto) , bollitore e cassaforte. Peccato che un giorno si siano dimenticati il riassetto,cosa non molto regolare in un 4 stelle,ma... vabbè, per fortuna i nostri asciugamani non erano da cambiare. In conclusione buon hotel,ma con qualcosa da migliorare.

Struttura non centralissima ma ben collegata con uber che nel mio caso causa il freddo polare artico trovato ho preso spesso, distanza dal centro old town meno di 3km costo tariffa circa 3€. Camere spaziose le family e pulite, hotel.non nuovo come arredi e di.impatto, ma efficiente delle situazioni pratiche. COLAZIONE accettabile sia dolce che salata personale gentile..Rapporto qualità prezzo buono..Ci ritornerei...

La cosa migliore dell'hotel era la posizione nel centro storico. L'hotel in sé era OK ma forse mi aspettavo qualcosa di meglio per il prezzo. L'unico mio problema specifico era il bagno che necessitava davvero di un aggiornamento, in particolare il box doccia che è piuttosto piccolo. Il pavimento della doccia e in generale il pavimento del bagno sono davvero scivolosi, al limite del pericoloso (secondo me)

ottimo hotel a 1 km dal centro. personale serio e competente ottima colazione internazionale. bello il bagno e stanza molto spaziosa. frigo bar phon e ciabatte. Netflix Disney ecc funzionante... direi ottimo! letto senza top non è top.... parcheggio piccolo per le auto. problemi d insonorizzazione e odore di fumo per colpa di gente che fuma nella struttura.

Reception nella norma, tradisce il fatto di essere un hotel commerciale. Le camere sono pulite, l' arredamento può essere migliorato. Dovrebbero avere maggiore attenzione alle lampadine fulminate e alle batterie scariche del telecomando della TV. Spettacolare la SPA.
