Hotel in zona Biserica Adventistă Militari, Bucarest

Struttura non centralissima ma ben collegata con uber che nel mio caso causa il freddo polare artico trovato ho preso spesso, distanza dal centro old town meno di 3km costo tariffa circa 3€. Camere spaziose le family e pulite, hotel.non nuovo come arredi e di.impatto, ma efficiente delle situazioni pratiche. COLAZIONE accettabile sia dolce che salata personale gentile..Rapporto qualità prezzo buono..Ci ritornerei...

Recensione sicuramente positiva al netto di alcuni appunti che è giusto indicare, per i futuri inquilini. Stanze ottime, nuove, ariose, discretamente pulite e ambiente che definirei quasi lussuoso. I pro non mancano insomma. I contro? Ne segnalo solo tre. Abbiamo preso l'aparthotel - cosa che consiglio caldamente - per cui nel pacchetto era incluso che ci allestissero il divano letto e facessero le pulizie giornaliere. E qui veniamo ai vari difetti. Il primo, le pulizie: non sempre accuratissime, e soprattutto il penultimo giorno non le hanno proprio fatte. Il secondo, l'allestimento di lenzuola e suppellettili: siamo in 5, e ci hanno lasciato 4 cuscini e soprattutto il divano-letto non era stato preparato. Per cui abbiamo dovuto chiedere il corredo di lenzuola ma intanto la prima notte abbiamo dovuto dormire in tre nello stesso letto. Terzo, il personale alla reception. Premesso che dovrò puntare il dito alla cieca, visto che ho avuto a che fare per lo più con due ragazzi ma ce n'erano a giro almeno 4, posso dire che quei due con cui mi sono rapportato li avrei presi a sberle. Pur rendendosi conto che parlavo male la lingua se ne strafregavano di farsi capire, il primo parlava solo inglese (giustamente) sparando parole a raffica (meno giustamente, bastava parlar più lentamente e avrebbe semplificato la comprensione). Il secondo, quello a cui ho chiesto cuscini e lenzuola, malgrado abbia usato Google Translator per comunicarci meglio continuava a fare stupidi sorrisini ripetendo che non si occupava lui del problema. A parte questo, tutto è filato liscio.

E'un po'strano che devi pagare per usare la piscina.E la sala fitness dell'hotel non è lo stesso edificio, va in un altro posto, e va anche alla reception Naka.E'un problema.Le cose del ristorante della piscina dell'hotel sono insopportabili.

When i got there, I was told I was too early (fair enough, check-in is from 2 pm and i got there around 11.30) I had sort of anticipated this, so thought i would just kill some time at the skybar which supposedly has a great view - but much to my surprise, I was told the skybar was closed, only open for breakfast. Must be the biggest attraction of the hotel, and in their wisdom, they close it! So instead, I took a walk heading towards the parliament building which is preety close by. When i returned a while later, room was now ready but oh by the way, the lift doesnt work! So i now had to carry luggage up the fire exit staircase (room was on 4th floor). Very narrow and poorly lit, so if you have trouble walking - good luck. Just hope you dont meet somebody coming down - passing them will be a challenge :-) Reception said lift would be fixed in a day or two!! So i made it to the room and cannot really decide what to think of it. On the one hand, it was spotlessly clean and looked very new and modern but on the other hand: No coffee / tea, There was a minibar with some wine and soft drinks but no beer,No glasses to be found anywhere (so I guess, just drink the wine from the bottle),WiFi works but not very stable - keeps dropping out. At breakfast, the skybar was now open - 2 people in front of me for the coffee machine which was quite slow - turned out they were not guests - but the breakfast room staff!. When they finally had their coffee they went straigth out onto the open terrasse for a cigarette (very small outdoor terrase and the staff now occupied 1/3 of it) and started chatting quite loudly - so terrasse is just as much for the staff - not the guests only. And really - if staff of any kind of establishment wants to have a loud discussion, do so away from the guests!! Breakfast was very poor - quite frankly pathetic! - some dry toast bread, a little bit of cheese and some slices of what looked like ham/salami - nothing warm like e.g. eggs (of course the staff were busy out on the terrasse smoking and having a loud conversation). Definately not worth any money at all - instead head out for one of the many cafes very close by. The lobby has what looks like a bar, but all they sell is coffee. Big surprise to me when late afternoon after a long walk i came back, asked for a cold beer and was told they didnt have any!! You can have some wine from the minibar, but you cant have a beer anywhere. The day of departure i waited a little in the lobby for my taxi to the airport. Need to use a bathroom?? Too bad - just like the lift, out of order. This would be fixed ”in a day or 2” so clearly not a priority for this place. Wifi, although it did work in the room - no luck in the lobby - could not connect at all. The guy in the lobby was nice enough but most of the time you will find him outside, having a smoke. All in all, extremely dissapointed with this place. Wish i had gone back to Hello Hotel instead - breakfast much much better, you can

La camera d'albergo aveva tutto il necessario e le dimensioni erano normali. Il letto molto comodo. Servono anche una colazione al mattino, dove puoi trovare vari prodotti in formato buffet. E il personale dell'hotel era molto buono. L'hotel non è vicino al centro, ma la fermata dell'autobus è a 2 minuti a piedi dall'hotel. Inoltre, se vieni dall'aeroporto, ha una buona posizione. ripeterei. Altamente raccomandato.

I stayed for five nights while attending a conference in Bucharest. My room, and the hotel in general, was extremely comfortable and clean, and well-maintained. The location, a few steps off Calea Victoriei, could not be improved upon — central and close to just about everything. The photos accurately represent the room I had (except that fortunately my room didn't not have the tied-back curtain that frames the headboard in the photo here). My room overlooked a large courtyard covered with a glass roof . The downside was that I had to check the internet to learn whether it was raining or not, but the positive side was the fact that the room was extremely quiet. And sunlight does penetrate the courtyard and room. It was far from dark. And the curtains did a much better job of blacking out the room at night than I am used to in hotels. The only problems: a finicky shower in which the tiniest adjustments could take the water temperature from cold to dangerously hot, and whose handset sprayed in more directions than it should. On the other hand, the water pressure was, if anything, excessive -- unusual in hotels. Also, breakfast was not great. The coffee that comes out of their machine was not particular high in caffeine, and honestly some of the baked goods were stale. This could easily be improved. Variety was ok. But overall, I was very comfortable in the Capşa hotel, and would happily return. The staff was helpful and friendly throughout my stay as well.

La camera è carina e la posizione è ottima. La maggior parte delle attrazioni sono raggiungibili a piedi. Ci sono molti ristoranti nei dintorni. Il famoso caffè Van Gogh è proprio accanto. C'è anche la libreria più bella. La stazione degli autobus per l'aeroporto non è lontano, il che è molto comodo.

La cosa migliore dell'hotel era la posizione nel centro storico. L'hotel in sé era OK ma forse mi aspettavo qualcosa di meglio per il prezzo. L'unico mio problema specifico era il bagno che necessitava davvero di un aggiornamento, in particolare il box doccia che è piuttosto piccolo. Il pavimento della doccia e in generale il pavimento del bagno sono davvero scivolosi, al limite del pericoloso (secondo me)

Ho avuto una esperienza miste nel vostro hotel. In primo luogo, devo dire che il personale era amichevole e disposto a aiutare. Tuttavia, ho notato che non avevano abbastanza formazione in materia di relazioni/gestione delle denunce per affrontare le richieste e le questioni degli ospiti (come informare gli ospiti circa la chiusura della strada principale nei fine settimana e la mancanza di asciugamani per due giorni, Inoltre, la gestione sembrava un po’ indifferente e non ha fatto gli sforzi necessari per garantire il nostro soggiorno confortevole. In generale, credo che l'hotel abbia potenziale, ma dovrebbe investire più nella formazione del personale e nel miglioramento dei servizi per garantire che i suoi ospiti si sentano confortevoli e soddisfatti durante il loro soggiorno.

Sono arrivata giorno 4/12/2022 in hotel e la stanza presentava dei peli e della sporcizia generale, ho tralasciato ciò… Il giorno dopo nessuno mi ha pulito la stanza tuttavia sono entrate le signorina della pulizia a buttare la “spazzatura”, hanno buttato un box di scarpe appena comprate che erano necessarie per la vendita. Il giorno seguente ho esplicitamente chiesto di pulire la stanza, ma hanno cambiato solo le lenzuola senza cambiarmi gli asciugamani, che ho dovuto richiedere più e più volte. Il penultimo giorno sono entrate in stanza di nuovo per le pulizie le quali non hanno assolutamente pulito o ordinato i letti o la stanza ma hanno RUBATO una borsa, io in buona fede ho pensato che l’avessero buttata, essendo caduta per terra, sono andata alla reception dove mi hanno detto che loro non hanno visto nessuna borsa. Sono veramente sconvolta, è altamente grave che vengano a rubare nelle stanze. Se ci fosse stata dentro la carta d’identità sarebbe stato un enorme disagio per me, trovandomi in un paese che non conosco e dovendo tornare in italia. La colazione è rumena, senza possibilità di dolci o di cornetti, senza poter bere un cappuccino o un caffè, ma solo un caffè annacquato dentro il bollitore del tè. Mi hanno fatto pagare 20€ per degli asciugamani sporchi, come se li avessi dovuti pulire io! Il personale non è scortese ma non ho belle parole per descriverli, data la mia rabbia, sono veramente delusa, dato che le recensioni non erano male. SCONSIGLIATO
