Every inch of the house is custom designed and filled with amenities to make your stay perfect. Two parking spaces are available. The entire project is featured in a series by the Perkins Builder Brothers. EV Charger in parking area. The Plott House is next door to our historic Bryson City Farmhouse (sleeps 8). Plott House is one of the nicest rentals we have stayed at, and it provided everything we needed for our stay in Bryson City. We loved being able to walk to town and the train. The house was clean and comfortable and Ashley's attention to detail was spot on. Highly recommend it and would definitely consider staying there again should we be in the area.

Fantastic!! We watched Plott house be built on Perkins Builder Brother's YouTube channel so it was really cool getting to actually stay there. The house is wonderful and perfect for a weekend getaway!! Highly recommend and would stay there again.

Perfect!! The Plott House was exceptional. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our weekend getaway in the Smoky Mountains. We would definitely stay here again.
