This hotel smells like pets. First room we were given absolultely was stinking, not possible that housekeeping cleaned and didnt realized how bad this room was stinking.

Clean and quiet location. Breakfast was not up to par; No nreakfast meats, limited selection of cereals, no fruit.

People were great checking in. Locating a driver was even better who came to the door to pick us up and take us to the ******. Breakfast was good and room was comfortable. Only negative, TV was not working.

Was a very nice stay for our quick trip. Only complaint was the shower made a loud noise when being used.

The room was all right however located at the very end of the hall. This is supposed to be for handicapped patrons. Seems far for a person who is handicapped.

We chose to stay here for the hot tub as I have a bad back. When we arruved went to getin hot tub and it was not working. They said that they were thinking offilling it in. They need to take it off there advertisements so that people ate aware. Our room was over 160.00 and you would expect everything to work. TV was messed up ,ice machine was broke. We stay at Laquinta often but will be considering other places from now on. The only good think was the manager that was on was really nice and tried her best.

Young girl at desk was rude and non personable. Beds were too high…had to use ottoman to get in and out of bed. Breakfast was lukewarm at best. Hot tub closed for repairs. I won’t be back.

Room had bed bugs and when it was brought to the attention of the staff they did provide another room but a smaller room then what was purchased. Asked to see how we could be compensated but there was no compensation for the inconvenience

heater would not turn off also tv would not turn off. had to move to another room, Stayed here before and had great stays
