Hotel in zona Masjid Arrahma, Bruxelles

L'hotel è situato in un quartiere degli affari, circondato da edifici adibiti ad uffici, e la sicurezza è buona. Vicino alla stazione ferroviaria e alla stazione Flixbus. L'hotel è a solo mezz'ora dal centro della città. La camera è grande, l'arredamento è nuovo e la colazione è buona.

The only reason it deserves a star is because the staff was helpful when you asked them something and the rooms are incredibly spacious, other than that, avoid at all cost. Broken aircon, broken tiles in the bathroom that stick to your feet, horrible beds, only 2 small lights in the whole room worked, I could see the sewage from the toilet above me, ... On top of that, it's location moght appear safe at first being right next to the police station, but they deal ***** right in front of it. It's a smelly neighborhood, I've seen someone sh*t against a wall 50m from the hotel, ... Brussels is a horrible place to begin with but this made my opinion even worse. The rooms where adequately cleaned, but the staff can only do ao much with a completely worn out place. The 'hair dryer' they advertise with is a hand dryer as seen in public toilets, nothing useable. My colleague couldn't even get in his toilet at first as the lock was broken. Another weird things was that on the 3rd day, I suddenly had a 3rd bed in my room, most likely preparation for the next week, but a very odd feeling to experience, as if they invaded my privacy. Should've taken pictures, but only have 2 videos I sent to the office.

Io e il mio amico abbiamo scelto questo hotel per la sua posizione conveniente. Purtroppo, il personale sessista e aggressivo ha rovinato ogni speranza di un piacevole soggiorno. Mi sono costretta a lasciare le stanze dopo aver violato le regole quando sono tornato a casa una sera, dove mi sono urlato e ho parlato. La notte successiva, lo stesso ricevitore ha aperto la porta nella stanza delle mie amiche a 2AM per espulsarla a metà della notte per essere “disrespetto” e minacciare di chiamare la polizia. Quando abbiamo espresso le nostre preoccupazioni per la gestione via e-mail, ci sono stati raccontati gli eventi che abbiamo descritto non si sono mai verificati (anche se la maggior parte dei gesti crudeli e dell'aggressione del ricevitore in questione erano su CCTV nel lobby) e ci ha minacciato di avviare azioni legali per “defamazione e ingannare”. Il trattamento che mi ha dato a me e a mio amico è stato completamente sconvolto e è una vergogna assoluta non solo da un recepcionista obsessivo e aggressivo, ma anche da un dirigente incompetente che ha rifiutato di approfondire la questione e ci ha accusato di fabbricare bugie. Inoltre, il grigio piano della doccia, letti inconfortabili e pareti sottili di carta non hanno risolto la mancanza di servizio al cliente.

era un hotel molto accogliente e carino, per nulla costoso. Tutto il personale è gentile. ma è stato un peccato che sulla scrivania ho trovato una tazza con dell'acqua colorata, forse qualcuno ubriaco. comunque, tesoro, resterò la prossima volta.

Lavoro con gruppi di tour e vedo diversi hotel, ma non ho esitato a dire che questo è il peggiore hotel che abbia mai soggiornato con gruppi. Durante le 3 notti che ero in essa - i miei clienti erano inondati da sopra, l'elettricità è uscito diverse volte, e il giorno in cui l'ascensore è andato via dall'hotel si è rotto. I miei clienti negli anni '70 hanno dovuto portare le valigie dal quinto piano. Sono pienamente responsabile delle mie parole perché ho 39 testimoni, la maggior parte dei quali rimanere in questo ”hotel” ha causato problemi invece di riposo.Inoltre, terribile caffè in polvere e zucchero chimico troppo dolce.Mi sono abituato a molti e ho viaggiato in tutto il mondo. E non critico mai gli hotel, ma tutti dovrebbero sapere questo incubo.

L'hotel si trova in una posizione decisamente strategica di Bruxelles, a pochi passi dalla Stazione Nord e dalla fermata della metropolitana Rogier e del bus 272 da e per l'aeroporto. In dieci minuti si può raggiungere in tutta tranquillità il centro a piedi e, in una ventina, l'area Expo (per chi ha intenzione di visitare l'Atomium e il Museo del Design) con la linea 3. Oltre alla comodità logistica, le stanze sono pulite e molto ben arredate, la colazione è varia e abbondante, la hall è dotata di biliardo, tv e bar con minimarket e l'atmosfera è complessivamente molto calda e accogliente. Unico neo: il modesto isolamento acustico dei serramenti e delle pareti, che potrebbe senz'altro essere migliore (si sentono un po' troppo sia i rumori esterni sia quelli delle stanze adiacenti, il che di notte rischia di diventare un disturbo per chi ha il sonno leggero). Tuttavia, non è un dettaglio che influisca negativamente sull'esperienza in generale, che rimane senz'altro molto confortevole dal momento del check-in a quello del check-out.

L'igiene è scadente, il peggior hotel a tre stelle in cui sia mai stato finora. Il posto è piccolo e l'insonorizzazione non è buona. Il vantaggio è che è molto vicino alla città e alla stazione dei treni e degli autobus. Non è prevista la colazione. Adatto per backpackers.

4 of us stayed here in a quad room which was surprisingly very spacious. The hotel is located within walking distance from Bruxelles-Midi Brussel-Zuid train station and bus depot where we caught the Flixibus. At the time the hotel was surrounded in scaffolding and looked like a building site but on entry the inside was clean although slightly cluttered as there was a lot in such a small reception. As you entered, a massive information stand stood separating the reception from the narrow breakfast area. The wooden reception area looked welcoming as lots of plants around and interesting pictures on the wall. Check in was quick & easy. The smallest and oddest lift and I've ever been in took us 2 at a time to the narrow corridors where we found our room. As we entered the room, there was a single bed to the left and the bathroom on the right. Long side the bed was a mirror and at the end of the bed was a chair, a large 5-headed lamp and a desk that held a fridge on one side with a flat screen TV above the desk. The TV could not be properly viewed from the single bed as it was in line with it so it would have probably been best viewed if the TV was placed in the corner for all sleeping areas to view. In front of the desk was a large L-shaped settee which was also wrongly set up to watch the TV as half of the settee meant you had your back to the TV. The settee was used as a bed and situated by a coffee table under a large window that had a city view. To the left of the settee was the large double bed with a headboard that had built in bedside drawers with bedside lamps on each one. Opposite the settee was a large, old-fashioned double wardrobe. There was another window in the room that was small and showed a small balcony which you couldn't access. The mosaic bathroom has 2 sinks with a glass shelf and a large mirror above plus a hairdryer next to them. There was also a bath with a shower hose attached to the bath taps and another small window viewing the inaccessible balcony. We didn't have breakfast but the breakfast area looked clean and basic with a coffee and vending machine and all with table settings for 2. At the end of the breakfast area was a large garden with some artistic statues and at the beginning was a small lounge area with armchairs and a coffee table. The hotel was also located within walking distance to the main shopping, restaurants, bars and club areas.
