Staff was kind and room was clean, but shower water was cold. I went to the reception and was told it happens when everyone’s taking a shower. I waited a few hours but nothing changed, the next morning it was still cold so I wasn’t able to shower at all. Disappointing when I simply wanted to take a warm shower after coming back from traveling outside in the very cold weather..

Staffs were very helpful and they even let me checkin late because of flight delay, which was after 12am. They even helped me to eat my food in the reception tables in 2 am bc i disnt have chance to grab dinner. Bathroom was super clean and as you can see in the pixture, they even have hair dryer and shower gels

Room was clean & big Shower & toilet was also nice with good smell cleanser. Bed mattress was firm and new enough Bed sheet was also super clean 10 min from midi station & mostly tour spots are walkable 20 min. Walk Very convenient stay

The hostel is very clean so if you just need a cheap place to stay for the night, then this is fine. However, if you’re looking for a social atmosphere, this place does not have that. Can’t be too critical though because it is incredibly clean.

Cool place really clean but difficult getting up the stairs as the staircase is steep and not so wide

The toilet is dirty, no towels are provided. The spaceis so narrow and the water is not clean.

The location was main for me, and transport near by was very convenient and easy. All major attractions and sights are accessible. Free tea was great and reception area was very good

No lifts but good

Queda cerca de la estación de Bruselas Midi. No tiene elevador y las escaleras con muy pequeñas, alquilan las toallas.
