Hotel in zona Eglise Sainte Croix De La Futaie, Bruxelles

Questo hotel era immacolatamente pulito e sentito brand nuovo. Il personale era molto utile. I letti erano comodi e la camera aveva tutto quello che ci serviva, tra cui una cucina con un forno. La cucina era anche bellamente pulita. Non c'erano finestre che potevamo aprire nella stanza, ma l'aria condizionata funzionava bene. Come famiglia di 4 la stanza era molto piccola. C'era un letto regina + un divano che si suddivise in 2 letti single di dimensioni adeguate. A causa della dimensione della stanza non potevamo aprire tutte le valigie sul pavimento contemporaneamente. Prendemmo il treno per etterbeek utilizzando il passaggio Eurail e andammo all'hotel. Ci ci voleva circa 20 minuti con tutte le valigie. C'era una stazione di metropolitana che si trovava a circa 10 minuti a piedi dall'hotel senza bagagli (metro non coperto da Eurail) chiamata Delta, che ci ha portati nel centro del Belgio in circa 15 minuti. L’edificio aveva un lavaggio comune, ma per operare le macchine avete bisogno di monete. Non abbiamo comprato il buffet, perché era 15 euro per persona.

Siamo andati per il compleanno della mia ragazza e hanno offerto champagne e cioccolatini gratuiti. Il personale era adorabile e tutti parlavano inglese, cosa di cui siamo grati. La vista della nostra camera era perfetta e la posizione era abbastanza buona per raggiungere a piedi luoghi storici e musei.

B And B Brussels is pretty much what i want in a hotel It's a refinished brand name hotel that has a bit of a hostel vibe. It is stripped back in a good way. The bed is great. The bathroom is good hotel standard. The towels are big, fluffy and clean. There are no wardrobes. Who cares? There are hangers on a rail. There is a small wall safe. There are two coffee mugs and a good espresso machine down the hall. So much better than instant in the room. The iron and ironing board is also down the hall, fine, i don't often use ironing boards. This makes sense. There is no phone. Contact reception using WhatsApp. Easy peasy. The Wifi is free and good. There is parking, gym, and nightly cinema. Good standard breakfast buffet. Good location. I'll be back. I'm a happy guest.

Dopo 10 ore di viaggio arriviamo in hotel; accolti dalla ambigua cortese disponibilità della ragazza della reception la quale parla Italiano ci viene richiesto il pagamento di tutte le camere, 3 in totale.  Stesso trattamento che riservei a persone disagiate... avete gia la mia carta di credito a garanzia e i miei dati avendo gia soggiornato in un altro Catalonia; comunque di quattro persone il check in è stato fatto solo a me in quanto gia registrato, gli altri del gruppo non si sono nemmeno identificati...Inizio Top!! Senza calcolare la confusione fatta nei conti. Dopo una celere discussione ci congediamo nelle camere. Sotto questo punto struttura in ordine e curata. Cena al ristorante..non è possibile dare un giudizio se non al cameriere molto cortese e disponibile. Colazione ricca e buona. Abbiamo chiesto info ad una altra ragazza della reception che è stata professionale e gentile. Per concludere è un ottimo hotel, in una zona agiata ma di fatto da rivere l 'accoglienza degli ospiti. Spero sia una politica dell' Hotel e non prerogative soggettive e pregiudizievoli, altrimenti non ci siamo.

In short, a dump for €170 per night (regardless of the rate they advertise). Long version: I checked into a 5th floor room at just after 2pm in mid-October. The only window, which opened to the roof, was open and it was about 10C outside and maybe 15C in the room - too cold to be comfortable. I noticed the smell of sewage. I’m tall, so I looked out the open roof window and could see a sewer roof vent about one meter from the open window. I immediately closed the window and turned on the radiator to “4” (full on) to warm the room up. 15 minutes after, I could smell mold or mildew in the room, possibly from the carpet - hence the open window. I attempted to work on my laptop but the Wi-Fi dropped out every 10-15 minutes. I tried 4 different Wi-Fi’s in the hotel and had the same problems. After 30 minutes, I checked the radiator - stone cold. I went back to the front desk and described the Wi-Fi problem. Response - “nothing I can do but I called the IT guy.” Fair enough. I asked about there being no heat in the room. Response “ give it an hour or two.” I left to explore a bit and had dinner. I returned at 8pm. Different guy at the front desk. Still no Wi-Fi with a stable connection. Still no room heat, and it was getting colder outside and in the room. I went back to the front desk. Responses were “I’ll get the IT guy to fix the Wi-Fi” and “give the radiator an hour or two to warm up”. I replied that I had given the radiator over 4 hours to warm up and the supply lines to the radiator were cold. I asked to be moved to a room with heat and and he said “nothing I can do”. I asked for them to check the furnace and they had nobody who could do that. Perhaps heat was out for the entire hotel and they were still booking and charging rooms on a cold October day. Who knows? I checked out (or attempted to) at 10 pm same day and requested a full refund. They had charged me a full three nights stay immediately upon check-in for a dingy, smelly hotel room without heat in late Autumn. In the end, they refused to refund any of the stay despite not being able to provide a heated room in mid-October in Brussels. What a dump. Save your money. There is a decent hotel 3 blocks away with both Wi-Fi and working room heat.

Dato che gli hotel intorno al festival di musica elettronica hanno molti prezzi premium, questo è l'hotel più conveniente nelle vicinanze. La stanza è nuova e non ci sono recensioni online È considerata una scatola cieca e avevo paura di sbagliare. Il risultato è molto migliore del previsto e il rapporto prezzo/prestazioni è ottimo. Sono arrivato all'hotel presto, non potevo alzarmi presto. Hanno detto che dovevano essere le 3, quindi ho fatto colazione al primo piano dell'hotel, costava 9 euro e il sapore era ok. Più tardi sono uscito a fare una passeggiata e quando sono tornato qui ho fatto il check-in verso le 2. Accanto c'è un Carrefour aperto 24 ore su 24, il che è molto comodo. Ho portato due pacchi di spaghetti istantanei dalla Cina, ma temevo che non ci fossero contenitori. Si scopre che c'è una lounge al primo piano dell'hotel, inclusa una macchina per il caffè con acqua calda a microonde, il che è molto conveniente. È possibile depositare i bagagli prima del check-in e dopo il check-out

4 of us stayed here in a quad room which was surprisingly very spacious. The hotel is located within walking distance from Bruxelles-Midi Brussel-Zuid train station and bus depot where we caught the Flixibus. At the time the hotel was surrounded in scaffolding and looked like a building site but on entry the inside was clean although slightly cluttered as there was a lot in such a small reception. As you entered, a massive information stand stood separating the reception from the narrow breakfast area. The wooden reception area looked welcoming as lots of plants around and interesting pictures on the wall. Check in was quick & easy. The smallest and oddest lift and I've ever been in took us 2 at a time to the narrow corridors where we found our room. As we entered the room, there was a single bed to the left and the bathroom on the right. Long side the bed was a mirror and at the end of the bed was a chair, a large 5-headed lamp and a desk that held a fridge on one side with a flat screen TV above the desk. The TV could not be properly viewed from the single bed as it was in line with it so it would have probably been best viewed if the TV was placed in the corner for all sleeping areas to view. In front of the desk was a large L-shaped settee which was also wrongly set up to watch the TV as half of the settee meant you had your back to the TV. The settee was used as a bed and situated by a coffee table under a large window that had a city view. To the left of the settee was the large double bed with a headboard that had built in bedside drawers with bedside lamps on each one. Opposite the settee was a large, old-fashioned double wardrobe. There was another window in the room that was small and showed a small balcony which you couldn't access. The mosaic bathroom has 2 sinks with a glass shelf and a large mirror above plus a hairdryer next to them. There was also a bath with a shower hose attached to the bath taps and another small window viewing the inaccessible balcony. We didn't have breakfast but the breakfast area looked clean and basic with a coffee and vending machine and all with table settings for 2. At the end of the breakfast area was a large garden with some artistic statues and at the beginning was a small lounge area with armchairs and a coffee table. The hotel was also located within walking distance to the main shopping, restaurants, bars and club areas.

era un hotel molto accogliente e carino, per nulla costoso. Tutto il personale è gentile. ma è stato un peccato che sulla scrivania ho trovato una tazza con dell'acqua colorata, forse qualcuno ubriaco. comunque, tesoro, resterò la prossima volta.

ideally situated at transition N_S highway and ring without their noise; excellent bed in quiet room; clean and comfortable toilet, wash basin and shower; very good breakfast with ample choice (3 cereals, nuts and raisins, pastry, bread and jam, eggs, fruit, yogurt, several coffees etc); very decent pizza and spaghetti, snacks and drinks 24/7 in lobby; cheap and safe parking; nice and very good belgian food restaurant in front of hotel; several pubs and restaurant at walking distance.
