Not even sure where to start. When booking, the owner sends you everything you need to know and more. Upon arrival, you are shown to your room by Bart and we were immediately blown away by the location. An incredible room with a comfy bed, huge bath and all the amenities you need. Not only is this a wonderful place to stay, it’s the little touches that take this place from a 5/5 to a 10/5! At different times of the day there are treats waiting for you on the stairs, pastries and OJ at breakfast, chocolates and biscuits later on. Genuinely the best B&B I’ve ever stayed in and will absolutely stay here upon our return to Bruges. Scott and James

The best accomodation we could find in Brugges. The host is amazing, kind and detail oriented (he put some small treats in our room, everyday). The room was cozy and clean and the location was perfect, near city center. Please, try their breakfast, you won’t regret it. We felt like home here!

Sometimes you know that you have made a good choice at the first contact. This happened here. Bart & Magali are kind and helpful, and are clearly motivated to give a quality experience. The accomodation is good. It is clear that Bart pays a great deal of attention to the general state of the accomodation and its cleanliness. Our room had a large comfortable bed, a toilet and a good shower. Despite being on the street side of the house, the room is unusually quiet thanks to the efficient soundproofing. Bart makes an excellent breakfast, and was always on hand to help us organise our visit. It was a positive and pleasant way to start our days. We followed Bart’s advice to park in the Interparking garage at the station - ten minutes walk and much cheaper than the alternatives in the centre. He also sent us a pdf ahead of our stay full of practical tips. This B&B was for us a perfect place to stay while visiting the city. The main square is 15 minutes walk. I can recommend it highly.

My partner and I could not have been happier with our stay here. Bart was super friendly and always went the extra mile to ensure we had a great stay, including leaving out little treats for his guests. Bart's hospitality was first class and his recommendations were all great. The bed was also very comfy and the room was perfect for a couple of nights in Bruges. The bnb was located nice and close to the centre of town and was also an easy walk from the train station. We highly recommend bnb Les Invites .

It’s rare to stay at a hotel or B&B and not find something that could be improved. Les Invites is one of those rarities. The building, bedrooms, location and hosts ensure you will have the best experience when staying in Bruges. I am not one for writing glowing reviews on a regular basis, however Bart and Magali will go the extra mile to ensure your stay at Les Invites is memorable for all the right reasons. If only all B&B’s could be as good as this one!

Excellent , 5 star facilities with exceptional attention to detail and personal service. The sense of arrival was fantastic, warm welcome by Bart. The room is beautiful, well equipped and lots of little touches. ( comfortable bed, amazing power shower, coffee machine , Netflix, great location , sauna , amazing breakfast and more importantly the great host Bart ) This is the equivalent to 5 star deluxe hotel and we cannot wait to return . Thank you so much Bart for making us feel so welcome in your beautiful bed and breakfast.

Geweldig! Wat een gastvrijheid en attenties. G E N O T E N. Iedere keer weer een verrassing bij terugkomst. Een drankje, iets lekkers. Heel attent! Prachtige kamer, fijne bedden, top badkaner. Toplocatie. Alles op loopafstand van de highlights. Heerlijke sauna.

Bel hébergement, très haut standing, propre et harmonieux avec l'ambiance générale de la ville historique de Bruges. Les hôtes sont très gentils chaleureux et accueillants. Je témoigne d'ailleurs d'une réaction très humaine et noble face à une situation particulière qu'on a eu moi et ma femme. (perte de deux téléphones juste avant l'arrivée ; dépannage, reconfortement, conseil, suivi,...). Bref , un engagement et une assistance à la perfection que je ferai pas peut être à leurs places ! Excellent service personnalisé. Emplacement génial, l'auberge est situé au cœur de la ville historique de Bruges. Nous avons pu tourner toute la belle ville à pieds. Je reviendrai les yeux fermés.

Zeer hartelijke ontvangst Kamer was top Goed bed hygiëne top mogelijkheid tot koffie en thee op de kamer Een leuke attentie voor elke kamer. Mogelijkheid tot cava ,wijn of iets anders. Bart deed zijn uiterste best om ons verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken.Vooraf kregen we zeer nuttige info over waar te parkeren of te eten ….. Top ontbijt alles vers en zeer veel keuze. Wij hebben echt genoten. Dank voor de warme ontvangst. Komen graag terug
