La struttura é ben tenuta e accogliente, elegante; la stanza che abbiamo ricevuto non era grande ma più che sufficiente, luminosa e comoda, pulita. Un piccolo neo può essere stato che é capitato che le pulizie siano state fatte tardi, dopo le 3 pm, ma non è stato un problema così rilevante. Posizione molto comoda e facilmente raggiungibile, personale cortese e molto disponibile. Colazione a buffet ricca varia e abbondante.

Christmas Markets!. Bruges is beautiful, even in the winter. The Christmas Markets were a bit disappointing though. The stalls have morphed from beautiful wooden structures full of cheer, to metal boxes full of drab. It really detracted from the ambiance.
We had a great room but it was a bit ion the small side. Our biggest complaint - the pillows were hard as rocks. The hotel really needs to replace their pillows with more comfortable ones.
The hotel itself has a great front desk staff. Very helpful and eager to recommend places to eat and things to do.

In some ways hotel is nice. It is very quiet and I love the adult only policy. However there were some elements that were very disappointing. ******* states parking is available when the reality is limited parking is available if prearranged. We could not park despite emailing ahead and subsequently had to pay 15 euros a day to park. However the most disappointing aspect was the spa. I love a spa and was looking forward to returning to the hotel after a long day sightseeing and enjoying the facilities. The reality was a steam room and sauna in the basement with plaster peeling off the walls which smells of drains / damp. Absolutely No attempt to disguise the smell with aromatherapy candies to improve the ambience. ******* says there is a Turkish Hammam when actually that is the steam room!! Very very disappointing !! On a positive the location is very central and the decor is nice. Will probably not return.

We stayed at the Duke’s Arches for three nights, and enjoyed it very much! Excellent location, with all the sites and restaurants within a few minutes walk. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful, and the hotel itself was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Would recommend this place to a friend.
