Upon arrival, the front desk associate was very courteous, smiling, very respectful and educated. The next day I called the front desk from the hotel room to let them know that one of the shower doors became unhinged and it was at no fault of ours. We just wanted to report it and Jacqueline the front desk associate was very rude disrespectful and had a very bad attitude. She was very unpleasant and did not fix the problem . We were going to swim in the pool later on, and I asked for some towels and Jacqueline, who had a very sour face look. She stated that there weren’t any towels with a bad attitude and very sassy and disrespectful and said that we would have to wait at least an hour for some towels to be ready. We waited over two hours, and the towels were never ready. My wife then approached the front desk to ask for two small washcloths. Jacqueline again was very rude and disrespectful and stated oh were y’all the same ones that asked for the towels for the pool and we said we didn’t have any and I said yes, but we did not receive them and we no longer need them as we are dry, but we do need some washcloths please . A supervisor by the name of Rosario was also present. She was very nice and respectful, but Jacqueline was rude, raised her voice stating that oh well that I needed to understand that when they didn’t have towels then oh well, I needed to get over it and I stated that I did not have to put with her ugly facial expressions. My wife asked her for her manager.
