La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Denver Boulder-Louisville

The lady at the check-in desk was very rude and kind of destroyed the experience (ironically, her title was "guest experience maker"). The room and breakfast were nice.

Staff was great! Unfortunately the property is run down and needs renovation. The breakfast was minimal, not as good as other LaQintas we’ve stayed at. However the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The corporation needs to provide a better property for their staff.

I have stayed at this property 20 times over the last 3 years and have sadly witnessed this property decline over the years. On my last visit I checked into the room and immediately dropped the bag and used the restroom after a long travel day. The toilet was broken. I politely asked the lady at the front desk for another room and she informed me the hotel was oversold by one room, maintenance had left for the day and she 'would quit her job before plunging a toilet.' She offered me a plunger while grumbling under her breath (not directed at me) her dissatisfaction with her current work environment. I took the plunger back to the room (I remind you - a guest at the hotel with a plunger in hand) and attempted to fix the toilet. I was unsuccessful fixing the toilet. The next morning I asked to speak to Matthew the GM but was told 'his door is closed.' I gave my contact number and asked for a call. Three days later, two unanswered calls back from Matthew I felt the timing was appropriate for a well deserved negative review. If I were the GM of this place I would certainly want to know of a situation like this. For a few dollars more the Best Western Plus across the parking lot is a GREAT alternative. I have also stayed there many times and always had a great experience.

People hanging around vehicles outside. A lot of indoor Foot traffic of non staying people. Side doors propped open. Did not feel safe. Vehicle was being walked around by individual and worker seeemed to not care. Also seemed to not want to work or be at the job not very friendly ignored me for 15 minutes as I stood at the desk ringing bell.

Called the desk to get the lights in the room fixed and she said sorry we dont have light bulbs. Went down for b-fast and THE FRONT DOOR was Broken open! we were freezing, asked about the door and got a shrug. Customer service needs training and repairs need to be addressed at the time of need! Glad it was only one night. The beds were very uncomfortable!

We are faithful customers for La Quinta! Good prices, clean safe and accept pets! Highly recommend!

This used to be a nice place to stay. It seems to have gone downhill. The front desk worker was not at all friendly. Several items do not function. Our room only has one bath towel and the bottle of shampoo is half full. Won’t be staying here again.
