Hotel in zona Village Convenience Store, Brookline

Mi sono apprezzato molto il mio soggiorno all'Arcadia. Ero lì per cinque notti. L'hotel è convenientemente situato. Fornisce un buon servizio, personale amichevole e eccellenti strutture. Il colazione continentale era gratuito, quindi non ci sono denunce. Sarei sicuramente tornato a stare in questo hotel.

Ho deciso di andare con mia figlia a vedere la Grande Unione Americana di baseball professionale, poi cercare hotel economici vicino al parco di Fenway e ho deciso qui.Ho paura della sicurezza quando sono andato negli Stati Uniti per la prima volta, ma il paesaggio urbano è in un luogo tranquillo e caldo, quindi posso stare tranquillo. L'edificio e la stanza sono buoni.Come altri commenti hanno detto, senza ascensore, è difficile portare il bagaglio al quarto piano, ma non c'è problema, perché me lo ricordo.Grazie per la buona volontà del proprietario.Se vado di nuovo a Boston, voglio rimanere qui.

Il servizio è molto buono, il personale molto amichevole, che mi permette di controllare in anticipo e tardi. Il servizio di navetta è conveniente. La stanza è grande e pulita. Ho un soggiorno soddisfacente!

Hotel fantastico, molto pulito, il personale era molto disponibile! Ci tornerei sicuramente.

This is a very nice place. The neighborhood is good and quiet. It is a 7-minute walk to the Central T subway station. That station is one block either way from MIT/Kendall or Harvard Square. It is otherwise 15 or 20 minutes walk to MIT, for example. The room was good, with air conditioner and fan. WiFi worked very well and they had a good desk. Hosts are very nice as well. There is no breakfast, but they do leave out fruit and there is a kitchen. Overall, a nice stay.

The hotel is 8 mins walk to the redline, which makes the transportation very convenient to all the main attractions in Bostion. The hotel is old, so the room has a weird smell. However, the reception desk is very friendly. We had our welcome cookies and some nice suggestions for the stay and transportation. There is a market place on the first floor which serves Starbucks coffee and other groceries. All in all, we are satisfied with the stay considering the price.

Hotel muito bem decorado, restaurante muito bom disponível dentro do hotel. Quartos amplos e muito confortáveis. Café da manhã com muitas opções de com atendentes muito simpáticos e prestativos. Recomendo!

The good: Room was reasonably clean and the beds were satisfactory and the front desk staff were very nice. However overall the room was in poor repair and the sink and closet areas were tiny (see photo) and absolutely unacceptable for a room with even 1 guest let alone the 4 it could legally house. The sink area had no room for toiletries so fixing hair and makeup had to occur at the weird desk area with a hand mirror and horrible lighting as there was no mirror at all in the bedroom area. The sink and closet were a fraction of the size shown in the website pictures. Our luggage had to stay in the room floor because there was no way it fit in the closet. Electrical outlets over the only bedside table (between the double beds) were so loose they wouldn’t hold the plugs in place to our CPAPs so we had to run the cords across the mattress behind the pillows from wall plugs on the opposite side of the bed. The hang up button on the phone is broken and stuck all the way down so when we needed to use the room phone we had to pry it up with a nail file to get dial tone. The shower curtain isn’t wide enough to cover the entire shower and kept sagging in the middle causing water in the floor. The towels were incredibly thin and rough as if they were line dried. And the biggest annoyance of all is we had to have our keys reprogrammed multiple times while we were there because according to three different front desk members the keys become deprogrammed if they are placed by a cell phone or other electronic device. We’ve used lots of electronic keys and never had to be sure to segregate our key cards from anything. If the management saw how many people we ran into over the weekend who were annoyed by being unable to get in the rear door or their rooms they would fix that immediately. We were there for a wedding weekend and supposedly got a better block room rate than normal but family who stayed at a nearby Holiday Inn Express had MUCH better rooms, free breakfast, free parking and their rate was significantly less. I am a long time Marriott traveler but would have moved to a different hotel had we been staying for more than 3 days. I keep reading they are going to renovate but I saw no signs of that on the side of the hotel we stayed on although they did appear to be working on a drainage issue in the back.
