十二點到達後，服務員面無表情。説兩點後才有房。想上個廁所，説廁所現在搞的一團糟，暫時不能用。三點後回來辦理入住有了點笑臉，晚上要了個毯子態度還好。早餐基本沒什麼吃的。我們8點50下來吃飯衹有幾個冷掉的甜甜圈，兩杯酸奶，一點牛奶。房間裏面設施有點老，我們要求不高，也還算乾淨。

One of the worst hotels we’ve ever stayed in. Had a molded stink smell. Limited towels and wash cloths. This was our first time to Broken Bow.

We were unable to stay. When I booked, I asked for pet friendly. Since microtel doesn’t allow pets, we had to stay across the road. I tried to cancel, but the app wouldn’t allow me to cancel last minute.

It was just okay, nothing special. The hotel looks better on the outside than inside, needs a little fixing up. Breakfast needs to be upgraded.

Bed were like sleeping on rocks rooms too small , staff not so friendly breakfast was waffles or toast or cereal

My husbaand and i made a spontaneous decision to visit the area. We were welcomed upon arrival, although it was quite late by the time we got there. The establishment is clean and our room was comfortable. Friendly staff and easy assess to hotel.
