Location was good and we liked the fact that the 2 bedroom had 2 bathrooms and both had a spa tub which the kids really enjoyed. Furnishings a little dated but still a comfy stay overall.

Great position close to transport, restaurants and shopping. The room had everything and after a long journey it was nice to find milk in the fridge left for us to make a drink it was much appreciated. The apar**ent was a two bedroom on the 15th floor, It had good wi-fi fully kitchen stocked with cups glasses and cutlery

Nestled amidst the bustling streets of Broadbeach, Mantra stands tall as a sanctuary from the activities below, offering a blend of modern comfort and convenience. My recent stay at this apar**ent hotel was very good, leaving me satisfied and happy in equal measure.

Been here before and it was great. This time our experience was very poor. Sunday 4.15pm and the fridge stopped working, and the kettle and hotplates. I had to Macgyver a dinner somehow. There are no contact details anywhere for help once reception leaves. No TV either and dishwasher didn't drain so that was useless. Sewerage smell from the second bedroom. Desperately needs a refit. For $626/night go somewhere else. My mantra will now be 'never stay at Mantra'.

Very Happy with this Big Hotel at Broad Beach Australia Clean and Big Room for my Wife. We come back as we leave Bali for our Family Hoilday Hermosa playa en QLD con buen sol. Tiempos felices para mi familia Gracias.

Staff were informative and friendly, answererd any questions I had. Room was very tidy, with a beautiful view. Plenty of amenities, sauna, spa, swimming pool, barbecue. Perfect for families or singles! Will be back!

Handy to everything and while a older hotel it is kept updated and fresh and clean We did miss the info booklet in room as a code hard work for seniors , possibly milk in fridge on arrival would have been nice Welcome gentlemen staff was lovely, leaving the office shut so left keys Really enjoy this hotel and have stayed a few times Looking forward to returning next year

Dirtiest hotel ever stayed in. Air Con faulty alerted staff to issues reception was apologetic however unable to do anything. Management non-existent. Tried to change room when we got there at 5.30 reception already closed. Next day they said they would fix things then just before 5pm when reception closed told us we would have to wait until the following day. The next day after a robust conversation was giving keys to another room to move into after 3pm. When we got to this room it was dirt again. The pictures from the air vents below are from this room. The air con was working better so moved and they finally came to clean the vents after more robust conversations. Many more things happened, or should I say didn't happen, but we are trying to forget the ordeal.

It is in a great location; an easy walk to the beach, surf club, cafes and restaurants, shops and the ******. The accommodation is comfortable and has all the amenities you need (kitchen, laundry etc.). It is clean, well presented and represents excellent value for money.
