Hotel in zona Stránská skála, Brno

Ero un po' scettico con la mancanza di recensioni, ma non c'è bisogno. Il personale era molto amichevole. Il mio dormitorio era pulito e aveva molto spazio, aveva anche un divano. La zona comune è quasi inesistente, composto da due tavoli, quindi è difficile incontrare chiunque fuori dalla vostra stanza se siete in quella. Era molto tranquillo che era bello per me, quindi se davvero preferisci personalmente quanto impegnato vuoi essere il vostro ostello. I letti erano confortevoli con la privacy di una cortina che era bello, a meno che il mio gruppo non fosse un po’ sveglio; i bagni erano puliti e la doccia era buona; la cassaforte era grande, ma non abbastanza per adattarsi a un bagno completo. È stato bello che le cabine fornivano una pioggia e un pendiente per appendere i vestiti. È molto centrale, a circa tre minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria e ho un minuto a piedi alla strada principale. In generale, mi consiglierei sicuramente.

Situazione perfetta per esplorare il centro della città. Personale è stato gentile. Le camere erano moderne con aria condizionata e il più grande e più confortevole letto che abbia mai trovato in un hotel. Il colazione era sufficiente, ma non è incredibile, ma per il lancio del giorno è più di ok. La cauzione è abbastanza alta per 3 notti con oltre 400 euro. Il parcheggio in loco non è stato possibile e i prezzi di parcheggio dell'hotel sono relativamente elevati, anche nelle zone A e B i prezzi di parcheggio non sono di grado economico. Sabato e domenica, il parcheggio nella zona B è gratuito, ma questo ha risolto il problema in modo soddisfacente per noi. Un hotel molto bello che si occupa delle stelle.

L'hotel è molto grande, l'ambiente è buono. Pensavo che il Brno fosse molto economico. Non pensavo fosse più costoso di Praga. Qui 120 euro una notte, ma la colazione è molto buona. La uscita è più conveniente.

The positive: The staff are all professional & helpful!! The breakfast is wonderful!! NOT so positive: WiFi is poor. Cannot get English subtitles on any channel (confirmed with front desk). The bed consists of a 2” pad on top of a box spring. We had a raggedy hand towel with holes in it which should only be used for a rag! The A/C shuts off when the outside temp reach a certain point & the room is literally stifling afterward! We asked for a fan, no fans. The only option was to open a window & hope birds would not fly into the room (no screens). But again, the staff was pleasant!

Sono stato nell'albergo per una notte durante una visita ad amici a Brno. L'hotel si é rivelato una piacevole sorpresa - Staff, colazioni e camera all'altezza di un albergo 4 stelle. Un piccolo bonus é l'accesso alla SPA al nono piano che ha un balcone con vista sulla cittá.

Siamo una famiglia di rifugiati dall'Ucraina. Quando siamo arrivati a Brno, abbiamo avuto fortuna di trascorrere una settimana in questo bellissimo hotel! abbiamo avuto un gatto e un cane con noi, e fortunatamente, gli animali sono ammessi in questo hotel. Le camere sono molto pulite, comode e spaziose. Le camere sono molto grandi e confortevoli, TV, balcone, bagno... Deliziosi colazione e non solo! Ma soprattutto vogliamo notare e ringraziare il personale dell'hotel. Indubbiamente tutti persone molto gentili e carini! Guardie, ragazze, amministratori, manager. Tutti! separatamente, vogliamo ringraziare il direttore generale, che ci ha aiutato più volte a risolvere alcuni problemi. La ragazza che ha aiutato a organizzare il trasporto per noi. Il cameriere che ha sempre sorriso e trattato i bambini (e noi) con dolci. Siete tutti super! Grazie mille! Spero davvero di vivere di nuovo nel vostro hotel, ma non come rifugiati, ma come ospiti. - Benessere per voi e per il meglio.

I cechi sono familiari con i giapponesi?Alcuni funzionari della reception mi hanno salutato e curato in giapponese, usando una parola allo stesso tempo. La stanza è molto grande e pulita, il prezzo è ragionevole, c'è un bagno. Pensavo che la colazione fosse normale, ma il cioccolato caldo era molto delizioso, e era così delizioso che spero di avere un piatto grande piuttosto che una palla. Purtroppo, un po'di distanza dalla stazione.Il treno numero 1 è molto breve, ma può variare a seconda del tempo e della dimensione.

We had booked a room for three adult people. When we got there, there was only one prepared bed with only one duvet! We talked to a woman in the reception, and it is by far the worst hotel service we have ever experienced! At this point it was almost midnight and the response we got was that she did not know where the bedding and sheets were kept. She had us follow her and after a while she found only one duvet and one sheet for this duvet. She handed it to us like so, not prepared, and when asked she said to us: “Does it look like I do that type of work here?”. After this we went back to the reception as this was completely unacceptable treatment from a receptionist at a well known hotel chain. She was not solution oriented AT ALL. She told us there were not any other available rooms. She never apologized. She would not give her full name , and said that she was quitting her job here. She told us she hade never been in this type of situation before. She told us she had no one to ask for help and that the people who work here during the day, and who would know where the bedding we needed were, were not here at this time of the day. She told us she was not hiding the bedding from us, that she sincerely did not know where it was. We did not get the room prepared as we had booked it. She even asked us what WE (!!) thought she should do. She said that the only option she saw was to give us back our money and that we could leave the hotel, at 00:30 at night (!!!!). Outrageous!!! We were all so dumbfounded and shocked by this completely unacceptable way of treating your clients that we absolutely considered to pack up and leave. After some time of talking and being dumbfounded by this TERRIBLE service she suddenly said the she could separate us and give us one more room. We accepted this and that was it. We are going to take action after this and call the director of the hotel and tell him about this experience. This is the absolute worst service experience we have ever experienced. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE! And SHOCKING as this is a known hotel chain with great reviews! I am still lost for words, as I also was after talking to that terrible employee with no service skills to say the least.
