Hotel in zona Water Maze, Bristol

I punti forti di questa struttura sono la posizione centralissima proprio di fronte all'entrata del mercato e la prima colazione, che viene preparata sul momento in una cucina a vista in mezzo ad un salone; nelle ore di punta bisogna fare i turni per sedersi su un tavolino individuale, ma se si è disposti a sedersi con altri ospiti sconosciuti il posto c'è sempre. Per la prima colazione c'è un nutrito menù che spazia anche dal vegetariano al vegano oltre che su piatti più sfiziosi come le uova benedict con salmone o spinaci. La nostra stanza affacciava sul retro ed era moderatamente silenziosa anche con la finestra aperta. Sulla camera niente da dire, a parte la assenza di armadi (compensata dalla presenza di attaccapanni appesi al muro con numerose stampelle. Pulito il bagno, comodo il letto che ha garantito un'ottima qualità del sonno. In camera c'era anche una televisione e tutto l'occorrente per prepararsi un caffè o un tè. La moquette per terra è orribile e orribilmente sporca, forse il punto più debole della struttura assieme alla connessione Internet che al secondo piano era debolissima: meglio collegarsi al piano terra nella sala delle colazioni. Da tenere in considerazione il rapporto qualità prezzo data la posizione della struttura.

Was a lovely hotel. Set in central Bristol so perfect location. Room was comfortable, clean and modern. Staff were friendly and professional. I would highly recommend staying. Was a great price for the time of year

We had the loveliest time here the staff were so lovely and friendly. It was about a 30 minute walk into town and if you are travelling into town at rush hour walking is the best way as the traffic was pretty bad. The room we stayed in was beautiful and clean and tidy and we were blown away by the service from the staff it really was lovely infact I was shocked to find they were part of a group and not independent as it felt the kind of service you would get from an independent. The bar and restaurants were lovely and the building was so beautiful inside and out we had a really lovely stay toiletries were provided and they smelt beautiful. thanks so much we had a lovely time.

A place in heart of Bristol city center. A place just to crash for night sleep . Don't expect to have a relaxing day in the hotel . Hotel itself has maze of stairs up and down . Building is historical. Rooms layout is not good for people who don't like doing stairs and can get confused easily where to go . Overall it's okay for few nights sleep . 🙂🙂🙂

Il cameriere è molto amichevole.Alcune strutture, come i fornitori e le tende sono vecchie, ma la stanza è in generale buona.

A lovely hotel in the fabulous Clifton part of Bristol! great for a short stay and lovely staff and atmosphere! recommended!! I stayed for one night abd everything was comfortable and organised and the staff were lovely! Food on offer was great and there is a fab beer garden to sit and drink in with friends and enjoy the sunshine!!

Grande hotel, buon prezzo e camere funzionali che sono pulite e moderne con asciugacapelli Dyson e rettificatori GHD per tutti da usare. Grande doccia e toletta, Cow Shed non meno!! Non sono sicuro che il caldo tap sia giù la sala non sia grande se sei nella tua PJ e vuoi una tazza! Il pranzo era terribile, sono arrivato presto per la mia prenotazione che avevo un ricordo per quel giorno, per essere detto che non c'era prenotazione e sarebbe 45 min da sedermi. Non mi scusi, quindi sono andato vicino alla porta a Miller & Carter dove il servizio era grande

Very small room, like a capsule hotel. But it was clean and had a big bed and tv! It’s also very central. Not the room for an extended stay but perfect if you’re travelling light and want a comfortable place to stop off for a day or two.

At first check-in, staff said my booking’s payment was failed, I showed my booking confirmation with clearly stated payment successful, then he printed a confirmation for me to sign but I found that’s another one’s booking… totally another name… The 2nd print out was just showing my name without another personal information and I was told it’s okay to sign… Once I entered my room, there’s no bath tub, I called the concierge and claimed that when I booked this room type, photo clearly showed there’s bath tub and that’s why I chose this more expensive room type, staff just told me only Superior King room type offered bath tub… When I tried to take a shower, there’s no shower gel & face tissue in the toilet… what a big surprise that a so called 4 stars hotel could provide such service standard… I would definitely NOT recommend this hotel to anyone going to BATH for a visit… And what’s more, this is my Birthday trip with more than 3 hrs drive from the North, they really gave me a BIG surprise!!
