Enjoy the outdoors on premises with a semi private back yard and patio as well as your own personal 2nd story porch.About pets:Pets allowed: less than 50 lbs per pet (limit 2 pets total).About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:Quiet hours from 10pm-6am. Children under 18 are not allowed to be on property alone. We reserve the right to enter the unit 11am check out day.Shared laundry is unavailable from 7pm-7am and only available to guests staying 2 nights or more.,There is no late checkout without prior approval. Unapproved late check out has a $50 fee. Summer stay
This was my second year staying at this property and I am in the process of booking for next year. The bed is comfortable, the shower is hot and it is centrally located to my activities. What more could I want! Kathryn is also very easy to communicate with. Thank you for another great vacation...

We were there for my daughter's wedding. All 7 of my granddaughters came to get ready! The apartment was clean well stocked with towels and linens for us all! The yard was gorgeous well taken care of well manicured the very impressed! Thank you to Kathy for having us and we would definitely return again

Bittersweet
The parking is hazardous, kitchen was nice, TV room has one sofa for seating, needs a recliner. Noisy traffic intersection below bedroom, will interupt sleep. Bathroom was clean, nice.

Clean and comfy
Great directions and communication with host, the space was super clean and the kitchen was spacious and ready to use. Huge bean bag in the living room was an awesome surprise as was the sweet little balcony where I had some hot cocoa in the evening.
