Che grande esperienza a The Point, molto caldo e accogliente personale per la prima volta, e poi sempre volentieri aiutarci. Il pranzo a Lambert Resto è stato anche fantastico! Grazie a Joe e Yvonne per l'ottima esperienza. Raccomando vivamente a chiunque voglia semplicemente andare a Brissy per un breve viaggio d'affari per rimanere qui! Per il prezzo, si aspetta che il servizio/necessità di base venga soddisfatto in hotel. Ma il servizio in camera era cattivo. Doveva chiedere cose che mancano in camera come un set di tovagliolo coz 1 è fornito con 3 set di asciugamani per 2. Deve essere richiesto due volte prima di essere consegnato. Mangiato. Cutleri doveva essere chiesto tre e si preoccupa di voi, non era ancora consegnato alla fine. Batroba è stato sostituito dopo il servizio di pulizia, ma solo 1 è stato rimesso quando 2 è stato rimosso. Dovevano chiamare due volte per sostituirla anche. Il telefono in camera non funzionava troppo, quindi doveva andare a ricevere le richieste ogni volta. Questi giorni erano stati completamente prenotati, quindi non ci sono altre stanze disponibili. La pressione dell’acqua nel doccia non era buona. L'acqua si è presa un po' prima che fosse calda. Chiese la ricezione che tempo fa i servizi spa sono chiusi e non sono riusciti a rispondere anche. Cercavo di ottenere aiuto se potessi avere qualche posto per fare il check-in online e stampare i miei passaporti. Il recepcionista non poteva capire quello che dicevamo e poi continuare a dire non è in grado di aiutarci su di esso dopo molte volte di spiegare.

Dopo la doccia l'acqua fuoriesce nella zona WC. Belle le aree palestra, tuttavia, 8 attrezzature solo 2 hanno l'alimentazione elettrica. Il personale è cordiale.

An older Sofitel compared to some others I stay at as a an Accor Platinum member but my experiences have all been quite postive when I stay here. Staff as usual were very friendly and helpful which is what brings me back to Accot hotels, and the fact my room is almost always ready early. Quite a large hotel with a few different options for food and drinks. The breakfast is quite good, alot of options and plenty of room to sit and relax. The gym is on the smallish side but nice pool and amenities. My King room was quite dated badly in need of a renovation but its quite big and the bed was comfortable. Parking can be a bit difficult at times. The location is very convenient if you are coming by train and its only 5 minutes walk into the CBD. Overall a good hotel and experience.

Stayed here for 7 nights at the beginning of April. Check in was quick and although we requested a quiet room, we were sadly given a room that faced onto a road and the helipad of the children’s hospital. So, the room was rather noisy from the traffic and from helicopter landing and taking off at night. Even with ear plugs on I could still hear the traffic. Room: Room 714 was very clean, it seems the Australian standards of cleanliness is much higher and better than at our previous Marriott stays in Cardiff, Wales and in Edinburgh, Scotland. Housekeeping at this hotel is very thorough at cleaning, as we didn’t feel any dust on the surfaces. My partner is blind and the first thing he does is touch the surfaces to get to know the layout of the room and he was impressed that tables, chairs & walls didn’t feel dusty. The housekeeping ladies always provided us with fresh towels and 2 bottles of water daily, as well as change the bed linen when requested. These ladies (day as well as evening housekeeping) are all lovely and friendly, requests for extra toilet paper, tissues, even slippers, toothbrush and toothpaste were promptly supplied with a smile. The housekeeping team at this hotel should be commended for keeping rooms/bathroom clean to a high standard. Reception: The ladies at reception Jess and other lady (who doesn’t wear a name badge) are efficient when checking people in however, they were not so friendly once you’ve checked in, they both came across as cold, sourpusses. Every day we went past reception and these 2 ladies never smiled or said hello. Once we initiated a hello and got a forced response. The male reception staff at night and on the days when the ladies were off are much better as they always greeted people as they walked past reception. Location: This hotel is perfectly located as it is close to all the restaurants in the Southbank and there’s lots to choose from. It is also about 2 mins walk to Goodwill bridge which connects to the Botanical Gardens. From this hotel everything is within walking distance, we walked to Queen Street shopping mall daily and it took us about 10 mins via Southbank parklands and crossing the bridge. We are not super fast walkers but we found everything in close proximity to this hotel. We will definitely stay at this hotel again when we return to Australia next year.

Siamo rimasti qui per 8 giorni come famiglia di 4,2 adulti e 2 bambini. SIGNIFICATO ..... Questi non sono 2 appartamenti in camera. Non ci sono foto sul sito web e quando si prenota, non c'è menzione di ciò che è la configurazione della camera. Abbiamo scoperto che il nostro appartamento a 2 camere è in realtà 2 camere singole che si trasformano in un appartamento attraverso una strada di connessione. La camera è stata una camera con 1 camera da letto, con 1 piccolo divano da 2 posti a sedere, piccolo soggiorno, tavolo e sedie, bagno e solo una cucina. L'altra è una camera con grande letto, zona cucina nella stessa camera e bagno. Dovevamo sempre tenere entrambe le porte aperte per fare un appartamento, entrambe le porte aperte a un lungo hall aperto, il che significava che la porta era in una delle cucine durante il viaggio. Non ci sentivamo confortevoli con i bambini che dormivano in una stanza da soli, perché le camere non erano vicine. Per la famiglia di 4 che passa un po' di tempo nell'appartamento la sera, il piccolo divano da 2 posti a sedere e la piccola zona di soggiorno non erano sufficienti per stare insieme in una zona. Le due camere avevano cucina, ma non avevano abbastanza utensili, ecc per una famiglia di 4, perché questi non sono ovviamente usati per una famiglia. Quindi, fate attenzione quando prenotate questa posizione se siete alla ricerca di un appartamento per una famiglia. Ora so perché non ci sono foto e non c'è menzione di ciò che è la configurazione reale quando si prenota. La descrizione sul sito web per l'appartamento a 2 camere non è quello che è. Se avessi saputo cosa avevamo effettivamente prenotato, non saremmo rimasti in questa posizione. Quando mi sono reclutato, mi è stato detto che avevo un sacco. Ora vedo perché è costoso, perché prenotate molto 2 camere diverse per ottenere 1 appartamento a letto. Chi ha bisogno di 2 cucine medie???La posizione è abbastanza buona.Solo un breve passo a sudbank.

Un grande motel. Distanze brevi dalla città. Il personale della reception è molto utile. Anche se le camere sono leggermente date erano molto pulite. Le letti erano comodi. Ci è una cucina visitante disponibile per gli ospiti che era ben attrezzata e mantenuta pulita.

Stavo qui per accedere alla città e aveva una lunga passeggiata lungo il fiume e un passo molto forte verso la parte superiore per arrivare all'hotel, assicurandomi bagagli e telecamere camminando dalla stazione. La camera era un breve spazio più grande di un letto matrimoniale con una piccola camera da bagno e doccia. Mi piaceva il succo, il tè e il caffè, ma mancava una finestra. La camera era pulita e il letto confortevole e era adatto per un soggiorno di notte. C'è un fermo di autobus quasi al contrario e le viste dalle roccia lungo la strada sono sorprendenti

Amorevole nostro hotel! È il centro della città e anche vicino al parco, a pochi minuti da tutto. Cosa l'ha toccata è il bagno! Non ho mai pensato che un sedile riscaldato in mezzo all'estate sarebbe stato così buono! Questo dovrebbe essere obbligatorio in hotel.

Adoro questo appartamento - amo avere un piccolo balcone coperto. La posizione è conveniente per camminare nei Giardini Botanici e lungo il fiume, e ci sono molti ristoranti interessanti vicino. Parcheggio è accessibile e a buon prezzo. L'unità contiene tutto quello che ti serve, tra cui una piccola lavatrice e un asciugacapelli. La cucina è anche adeguata - anche se avere ghiaccio nel congelatore sarebbe un plus dopo un lungo giorno!

Ho prenotato 3 camere per me e la famiglia, una delle camere era destinata a essere una camera di famiglia, ma mi sentivo che una delle due camere era chiaramente superiore. Il balcone aveva solo due sedie per la camera della famiglia. Ho prenotato la stanza insieme e per qualche motivo siamo stati tutti in piani casuali, era un po' un incubo. La stanza non era pulita, le sigarette lasciate sul balcone, le ceneri in tutto il pavimento del balcone, le impronte di mano dei bambini in tutto il vetro, nessun sapone nel dispensatore.Le camere non sono molto probanti, potevano sentire la costruzione tardi di notte. La camera principale era spaziosa, oscura e con un grande aria condizionata. Buona posizione intorno al centro commerciale di Queen Street, cibo e BWS in strada. Belle moderne bagni con lavatrice.

Sfortunatamente non ci siamo fermati, come le chiusure e le restrizioni di Covid hanno colpito di nuovo! Eravamo venuti per il cricket e come incerto se ci fosse permesso in o fuori dello stato chiamava la proprietà e parlava con Nicole, che era così utile. Nicole ci ha dato fino a quasi il giorno di arrivo per cancellare gratuitamente ....e purtroppo abbiamo appena fatto così ...we sicuramente resterà la prossima volta a causa della sua atteggiamento utile ..... Tuttavia, il suggerimento qui è sempre, prenota direttamente con la proprietà, Quindi non perdono la commissione alle società d'oltremare ...e si ottiene flessibilità per cancellare o cambiare se necessario
