Hotel in zona Vaela Club, Bringin

Cheap rate, so don’t expect much. Just a room to stay. Don’t expect amenities etc. Fair offer for low price you pay. If you need better service and facilities, there’s Awann Sewu Hotel right next to this hotel (rate is much higher). But if you just need a place to stay, pick this hotel.

It was ok for a short stay. Clean room but Sheet and towels need to be improved. A large parking spare and the hotel is attached with a supermarket.

Tutto è buono,, consiglio. Il prezzo è tjangakau, vicino al centro della città, il servizio è anche amichevole. Il parcheggio è anche molto buono.

Mi interessava stare in questo hotel a causa della sua posizione unica in un complesso residenziale e dell'atmosfera bella che circonda l'hotel. Ho fatto una prenotazione attraverso booking.com, tutti i processi fino a che non ho controllato tutto andato bene, il processo di check-in è stato molto efficiente, non più di 3 minuti. Tuttavia, tutti i pensieri di godere di una stanza pulita e tranquilla, e il desiderio di godere del circolo dell'hotel attraverso la finestra della camera da letto, sono scomparsi immediatamente. Comprendendo che questo hotel era in soft opening progressi ma molti problemi ci hanno deluso. Piscina e palestra non erano ancora pronti. Rimase 1 notte in 3 Superior & Deluxe Rooms sul 10° piano, vista sulla strada principale e il prossimo edificio. Ben situato sulla strada principale davanti al DP Mall circa 20 minuti dall'aeroporto. Il parcheggio era molto limitato, quindi dobbiamo usare il servizio valle per parcheggiare le nostre auto fuori dall'hotel. Il corridoio era così caldo a causa delle disabili condizionatori d'aria. Abbiamo solo una chiave per le camere perché non c'era nessuna scorta. Il problema principale è che abbiamo trovato un sacco di capelli lunghi all'interno del coperchio e letto in camera numero 1003 e usato strappo sul pavimento in camera numero 1011. Sembra che la custodia della casa non abbia pulito correttamente e non abbia cambiato il foglio di biancheria dopo l'ospite precedente. Free in room WIFI connection was good. The breakfast has a good selection of both Indonesian & Western styles. The staff of the hotel were courteous and friendly.

Insight room was different from the picture given on agoda, booking.com, traveloka even on their official website. Bed linen, pillow, towels got stain and the colour a bit yellowish. On their wall got a few of pencil sketched. And that make the room even look dirtier and dumped. The main thing was the bathroom. In the morning the water were so dirty, they said they were doing some repair to the water valve. And you guest what, they doing it in the morning where all the guests already wake up and need to use the toilet and we found out that the water was DIRTY with all the sands and the colour were brownish, then out of sudden the water heater also down. And the jackpot was, the water STOP running to all the rooms. THIS WAS PERFECT 😏 We already called 3 times and asked, and they only said wait for a while and keep on the water to flush away all the dirts. With out any other solutions. And that happens for almost 3 hours. They perfectly ruined our holiday with this Issue. We ask for extra towel, fyi, they only give 2 towels per room. We have 3 Children, so we asked for extra towel. We never got any problem on this even on budget hotel or at 4 or 5 Stars hotels before, You know what? After they give extra 2 towels, they asked for the existing 2 towels thats already in the room to be returned to them. We have explained to the house keeping that we have 3 kids, and of course 2 towels will not be enough (fyi, the towel is a bit thin, dont expect a furry thick towel like at other 4 or 5 starts hotel) What a silly service. Dont mention about the extra room key, they only gave us 1 room key, so we asked for 1 extra. You know what they said? We have not enough room key, so no more extra. It was a TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT staying 1 night on 31st dec to 1st of Jan 2023 at LK Pandanaran Semarang. They charged almost 3times from their normal rate and this is what we got. We dont mind if you marked up your price almost 3times, specially during peak season, BUT PLEASE before doing that, improve your service, add more capable and professional labour to balance up with your price. Not mention about LK Simpang Lima Semarang. At their lobby, there was a water leakage, not sure why they havent done any repairing. Thats make us think that they all the SAME, at all LK Hotel Chains at semarang. But we would like to compliments the security outside the lobby area, he was very helpful, and genuinely helped us and give solutions when there were no more parking lot.

Vorrei dire che questo hotel è uno dei migliori hotel di bilancio a Semarang. Grazie alla signora Farah, che era molto utile come receptionista. Amo il concetto di hotel con il colore verde. Sembra così fresco. E la posizione dell'hotel è nel centro della città di Semarang. La mia famiglia lo ama. Solo 5 minuti a piedi per andare al centro commerciale Paragon e, ovviamente, vicino con destinazione turistica, Lawang Sewu, Kamung Pelangi, Old City. Che piacevole soggiorno a Whiz Hotel..
