Il pellaniano è amichevole e il parcheggio è molto sollevato. E' vicino al ristorante veloce, quindi se e' tardi di notte, non ti confunderai di trovare cibo. E' anche vicino a POM e Sam Poo Kong

Penso che questo hotel sia molto consigliato, il prezzo non è troppo buono con una camera piacevole e confortevole, il bagno è pulito e tutto è normale se non devi uscire perché c'è un ristorante anche qui

L'hotel è molto pulito, non lontano dalla città e molti piaceri culinari intorno all'hotel.

Probabilmente il miglior hotel 2 stelle che abbia mai trovato, più come 4 stelle. Posizione è buona, camera è spaziosa e pulita, concetto dell'edificio e la camera è unica e artigianale. Caffè disponibile al pavimento, il menu ha molte variazioni. Prezzo è ragionevole. In generale, mi sono divertito a passare la notte qui.

The hotel location is near Simpang Lima. The room is quite spacious for the 2 star hotel. The bed is not comfortable to sleep. It's quite soft.

Lovely hotel, Pro: - Friendly and polite staffs - Fast reaction to our complaint/necessity - Friendly simple breakfast but tasty Cons: - No phone attached in the room to deliver our necessity to front desk directly. - Kitchen team should pay more attention with cleanliness, as I found ”sealed paper” on my fruits - Super No no: Slow Internet, sometimes the wifi can disconnect the connection by itself. So we need to reconnect/sign in again and again. Really frustrating getting hiccups during calling my family, download 1 one game for my boy is extremely slow. This hotel management must pay attention with this issue, you should use wifi with better quality, that can accommodate plenty of guests, no hiccups and no difficulty to sign in. Do not let your valuable The front desk/front line staffs always get and compromise the first fury and frustration from any guests about this issues while the management guys sit relaxed behind the office door.

La stanza standard è molto piccola, poco spazio per camminare dall'altra parte del letto, ma continuiamo a venire perché ci sentiamo comodi ogni volta che restiamo qui con un prezzo ragionevole. Hanno anche 24 ore di giornata, e hanno tavolo da biliardo, tè gratuito e caffè al lobby, situato nel DP Mall, quindi è molto facile comprare cose o prendere un cibo. Utilizzare app mobili per aprire la porta alla stanza, quindi è più facile, non c'è bisogno di trovare la carta di accesso quando vuoi andare in camera

Insight room was different from the picture given on agoda, booking.com, traveloka even on their official website. Bed linen, pillow, towels got stain and the colour a bit yellowish. On their wall got a few of pencil sketched. And that make the room even look dirtier and dumped. The main thing was the bathroom. In the morning the water were so dirty, they said they were doing some repair to the water valve. And you guest what, they doing it in the morning where all the guests already wake up and need to use the toilet and we found out that the water was DIRTY with all the sands and the colour were brownish, then out of sudden the water heater also down. And the jackpot was, the water STOP running to all the rooms. THIS WAS PERFECT 😏 We already called 3 times and asked, and they only said wait for a while and keep on the water to flush away all the dirts. With out any other solutions. And that happens for almost 3 hours. They perfectly ruined our holiday with this Issue. We ask for extra towel, fyi, they only give 2 towels per room. We have 3 Children, so we asked for extra towel. We never got any problem on this even on budget hotel or at 4 or 5 Stars hotels before, You know what? After they give extra 2 towels, they asked for the existing 2 towels thats already in the room to be returned to them. We have explained to the house keeping that we have 3 kids, and of course 2 towels will not be enough (fyi, the towel is a bit thin, dont expect a furry thick towel like at other 4 or 5 starts hotel) What a silly service. Dont mention about the extra room key, they only gave us 1 room key, so we asked for 1 extra. You know what they said? We have not enough room key, so no more extra. It was a TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT staying 1 night on 31st dec to 1st of Jan 2023 at LK Pandanaran Semarang. They charged almost 3times from their normal rate and this is what we got. We dont mind if you marked up your price almost 3times, specially during peak season, BUT PLEASE before doing that, improve your service, add more capable and professional labour to balance up with your price. Not mention about LK Simpang Lima Semarang. At their lobby, there was a water leakage, not sure why they havent done any repairing. Thats make us think that they all the SAME, at all LK Hotel Chains at semarang. But we would like to compliments the security outside the lobby area, he was very helpful, and genuinely helped us and give solutions when there were no more parking lot.

Stay for 1 night here. The staffs are very helpful. I asked for an early check in because my son had a fever and they're give me the room quickly. The location near to Pecinan night market and also near the legend Soto Bokoran, just few steps from the hotel. I really enjoyed my stay here.

I stayed here with my fiancee for 9 days, the staff is exceptionaly friendly and will help with anything you need. The room was nice and spacious and cleaned every day.if the staff can not help you the management will gladly step in and try their best to accomodate any request. We felt very welcome here and I want to thank all the staff for a great experience.
