Zarania Hillhomes Cameron Highland

We recently stayed at this hotel, and while there were some positives, the experience was overall disappointing. The apartment itself had a strong, unpleasant smell that lingered throughout, even affecting the bed and mattress. It almost felt like the bedsheet carried the same odor, which made it very uncomfortable. Additionally, the bedsheets had a rough texture that lacked the usual smoothness and quality that you would expect from a hotel stay. On the positive side, the hotel did have a fantastic balcony. The balcony was beautifully furnished and became the highlight of the stay. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting there since being inside the room was far from relaxing. Unfortunately, my mum struggled to sleep the whole night due to the smell and overall discomfort of the room. In short, while we appreciated the balcony, the issues with the smell and bedding made it difficult to fully enjoy our stay.

Overall it was average.Facilities wasn't maintained . Safety wise it was not safe since the sliding door (without grill) could not be locked.Swing window(without grill) in the master bedroom toilet cannot be closed fully. Since our room were at groundfloor it is easier for others to break into our room. However, the view from the room was very nice. If the quality were maintained can attract more customers in future.
