In our opinion, an Awful hotel. Please see picture of the room we were allocated and judge for yourself. Dark, damp walls, sooo narrow, limited light, tired furniture … and holes in the carpet … why holes in the carpet? We asked to move rooms, reception were not surprised it appeared when we gave the room number. They had no availability so we moved hotel. Whole hotel looks tired , but the room …

Was upgraded to twin room which was appreciated. Room was well presented with enough storage space. Bed comfortable. Large bathroom with good shower. Just remember to close window blind as window not frosted glass! Breakfast was included and was very tasty although choice was limited. Service at breakfast was quick and staff friendly and helpful Check in and departure was dealt with efficiently and was able to leave luggage for a few hours.

had a great stay the view of the room was the highlight, we had amazing views in the morning

Staff were very helpful, friendly and welcoming.nice quiet hotel.has it's own car park but only a handful of spaces.the spaces are packed so close together that you can barely get your door open let alone get out of the car.we were told to reverse into space but then had no room to open boot to get luggage out.plus you pay extra to park but you can come and go as you please if you can get back in your car.nice idea and cheaper than car parks but literally no room to maneover car.hotel room was clean,neat& tidy but very dated.bathroom looked shabby and needs an update but was clean.could hear music, snoring from man in next room.picked a Seaview room which was lovely,however next morning windows had so much condensation we couldn't see out..only open a couple of inches too.need a squeegee to wipe windows.unfortunately despite the comfy bed I didn't sleep great as being on seafront traffic was non stop all night.however I loved the hotel and would stay again.breakfast we were given a time slot for and the food was very nice.very well situated right near the i360 tower which is well worth a visit

Great location along the sea front! Very good service great price and the breakfast is lovely! Would definitely recommend if you want a nice hotel to stay at a good price!

We selected this hotel as it looked good value for money, which generally it was, but is worth noting that their breakfast is NOT a buffet as advertised, it is one main of their menu and Tea, Coffee, juice or water. Their buffet section was toast and cornflakes, not what we expected, as website stated continental / English buffet, but what we did order for our breakfast was OK and was what to be expected. We had a room below ground level, which at times we could hear what sounded like kitchen staff through the shower trap, guessing it's echoing through the pipes. The room was clean, but not spotless, again expected with the price. We would recommend this hotel if you were on a budget and didn't have any high expectations.

We stayed for one night and i will definitely stay again. Our room was clean , nice bed and crisp linen. Bathroom was immaculate except for an unsightly overflow in the bath and this wasnt dirty just didnt look very nice. Lovely breakfast and the staff were helpful and friendly.

Excellent location but reception staff is little rude . Stay is perfect. Definitely recommended. Easy excess to everywhere. Love it 👍👍👍

“I had a wonderful stay at King’s Hotel in Brighton! From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly and welcoming, going out of their way to make sure I felt right at home. My room was cozy, spotless, and well-equipped with all the essentials, and the view of the seafront was absolutely breathtaking—especially with the sea-view.

Great value for money. Only negative was the poor wifi signal in our room, we were at the back of the hotel in room 121 and the wifi signal only reached half of our room - we kept being disconnected and had to walk to the other half of our room to reconnect.

Nice staff and good breakfast. Hotel location is very convenient, close to the pier and the tower.
