Hotels con pick-up a Brighton and Hove

È un hotel bello, ma è annoiante che ti dano gin complementare nella tua stanza, ma è necessario un extra per il tonico. Inoltre c'è un ulteriore costo per l'uso della piscina e spa che non lo vedevano sulla descrizione dell'hotel.

Da quando James ha preso il telefono, potrei dire che saremmo in buone mani. Ho prenotato una stanza online per celebrare il compleanno di mia moglie e ho chiamato l'hotel solo per confermare alcuni dettagli. James si è allontanato dal suo cammino per assicurarsi che ci fosse stato assegnato la stanza giusta e che poche sorprese di compleanno fossero in attesa. Ci salutò il bellissimo Marcus quando arrivammo e quando mia moglie andò in camera, fu sbattuta a dire quanto fosse bellissimo tutto e che ci erano due trattamenti di compleanno in attesa. Abbiamo soggiornato in molte camere dell'hotel nel nostro tempo, ma mia moglie ha pensato che fosse la cosa migliore. La stanza era tanto ricco quanto molto confortevole e potresti anche guardare fuori dal mare mentre nel bagno! Grazie a tutti i quadrati Townhouse, grande lavoro, meraviglioso soggiorno ... e punti brownie per me! :0)

We stayed at the New Steine Hotel on a previous visit so booked again. Location is great as everything is just a short distance away from the hotel. On our previous visit we booked a room with 3 single beds & were given a room downstairs which was perfect as I am disabled & the small flight of stairs was manageable. On this visit, we again requested a room with 3 single beds & my friend that booked assumed it was the same room due to the photo showing the picture of that room, but we emailed to make sure but unfortunately our preferred room was being refurbished & wasn't available. On arrival we were given our room key & it was on the top floor & there was no other rooms available with 3 single beds. So we had to go up 6/7 flights of stairs to get to our room, not ideal when you used a walking stick due to back & legs issues & another of our group having arthritis. We were in agony by the time we got to the top & had to do this for 4 days, sometimes crawling up on all fours. The room itself was ok, but the folding bathroom door didn't fit the door space & wouldn't close properly offering no privacy when using the toilet or shower & the sink had no water when the mixer tap was turned to hot. We enjoy staying at the New Steine Hotel, the staff are nice & the rooms are serviced daily but wouldn't stay again unless we had the room we had before due to our mobility issues, the top floor was just too much & a room sharing a double bed & a single bed wasn't really an alternative option for us again due to our disabilities. Hopefully we will be back next year but will get the room availability confirmed before booking because we like the location of the New Steine.
