This cozy modern studio has everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay! The space provides a comfortable couch and lounge chair overlooking an electric fireplace and large TV. There is also a full kitchen and bathroom as well as a comfortable Murphy bed that can be easily tucked away when not in use.
The washer and dryer are card-operated machines. The washer costs $2.50 per cycle, and the dryer costs $1.75 per cycle.About pets:Pets allowed: dogs less than 20 lbs per pet (limit one pet total).About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 3:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 18.About events:No events allowed.

Best host and great location
Charlie and Jessie have always treated us like family. The property is always in beautiful condition. We will not stay any where else.

The property is always immaculate! We stay here every time we visit. It’s walking distance to our son’s house, which is a huge bonus! We look forward to the next time!
