Barbados Chi Guest House

The property is very serene spiritual lots of gardening which personally i love. Christy treated me great. We even went to a cricket game. Yes there is alot of mosquitos but hey it's the Caribbean. I am from trinidad 🇹🇹 originally but I live in Florida. So I know. It's a home away from home.

This place is a dump, everything from towels to AC is EXTRA and it is essentially a flop house the owner is a harpie and a horrible person, she is in it to graft all the money she can from the tourists. None of the pictures accurately depict what the property is like think of a house that has been torn down multiple times has many FEMA tarps and open to the elements nobody does any cleaning the property grounds are so nasty and dilapidated that you think you've stepped into the middle of Sanford and sons residence. If you wanna tell that's extra if you want air conditioning that's extra if you want soap that's extra if you wanna talk to the lady who owns the place that's extra if you want bugs in your bed those are gratis under no circumstances for any condition will she refund any portion of your trip because all of her stuff is like well it shows that it's we that air conditioning is extra but there's a button you have to push that shows it she has scammed so many people she is a scammer on ********** and ********** should be ashamed to even post her business which she has posted as about different times and names all variations of the same and it's essentially a quonset Hut in the middle of a dirt patch. - and they are listed all over ********** under many names like :Property is also known as Barbados CHI Centre Barbados CHI Centre Apartment CHI Centre Barbados CHI Centre Apartment Bridgetown Barbados CHI Centre Apartment Bridgetown Barbados CHI Centre Apartment Barbados CHI Centre Bridgetown Barbados CHI Centre Bridgetown The Barbados CHI Centre Apartment Apartment The Barbados CHI Centre The Barbados CHI Centre Bridgetown Apartment The Barbados CHI Centre Bridgetown Barbados Chi Centre Bridgetown Barbados Chi Bridgetown The Barbados CHI Centre Barbados Chi Guest House Apartment Barbados Chi Guest House Bridgetown Barbados Chi Guest House Apartment Bridgetown all these properties are the same quonset Hut dirt patch

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at the Barbados Chi Centre, hosted by Christine. Our room was very comfortable and situated in a very quiet neighborhood of Barbados. The bathroom was fine and there was a spacious kitchen and lots of space for a meal or get together in the gallery. It’s not often that you get to stay in a place like that, set in over an acre of lush vegetation. We got explanations about various plants and trees, as well as organic farming. Before we got there Christine was in touch with us, checking to make sure everything was in order. It was really enjoyable to wake up in the mornings to the chirping of a wide variety of birds. I was actually able to practice my tai chi early in the mornings when it was nice and cool. I enjoyed my stay and I would definitely recommend this place. I expect to be back there in the future.

The Barbados CHI Centre (CHI Guest House) is a super nice place, very cozy, ideal for those looking to destress, detox and relax in Barbados. The sounds of birds: paroqueets, hummingbirds, doves and wild amazon green parrots- it is wonderful to see a Troupe of Bajan Green Monkeys run through the grounds is a fun experience!. At night the fireflies shine their lights off an on while you are serenaded with Whistling frogs and crickets - Christy calls them her "Night Birds" that sing you to sleep. Because the guest house is made from Local Coral Stone, it is nice and cool inside and also as the Property is set in 1 1/2 Acres of Organic Tropical fruit trees, the building is kept cool so although I am someone who loves air condition I found it not necessay here and the fans provided were all I needed. CHI Guest House is a self catering venue, where a fully equipped kitchen is provided (except microwaves) as this is an Eco-friendly destination but a Toaster Oven is available. Christy is a fascinating Mother Earth type, who has studied, worked and lived in many countries and therefore works in 5 languages! She was a Tour Guide for Cruise Ships for 25 years so she has a tremendous knowledge of the island she fell in love with and wants her visitors to enjoy it as much as she does! Nothing is too much trouble, whatever you want or need need just ask Christy and if it is in her power she will provide it for you or tell you where you can go to get what you want. Staying here has been one of the best holiday experiences ever!

Loved staying in this peaceful residential area of barbados close to all the amenities of this beautiful island. Christy was a wonderful host, knowledgeable and enthusiastic. The apartment was clean and comfortable and nicely decorated and a particular charm of this stay was use of the beautiful garden full of fruits and lush planting.

I've been to Barbados many times in the past but this was my best experience yet. Chrissy was a great hostess (even though she was away traveling), before my flight came in she was already texting me of what to expect and how to get there, she even checked up almost every day just to make sure if I needed anything. I had the Palmetto room which was overall comfortable with the King bed, peaceful and different with the connected outside restroom, but I loved it. I also loved the natural beauty of the garden which added to the quaint atmosphere of the guest house. I only was not sure about the access to the kitchen or if there was. All in all, the best part was Chrissy's welcoming and extremely kind family. Her son went out of his way to find something I had trouble finding, that just made my whole trip worth it, he also took me to my appointment the day it decided to rain lol but I was so grateful for all of the love and kindness, they literally do treat you like family. Definitely would go back there if I travel back to Barbados in the future.
