Loved it clean rooms friendly staff.

I want to say this hot is very nice . I have been there within a few weeks from each with my family with my husband for a business trip. A few things tho needs to be updated, I had a broken toilet seat and a dishwasher that didn't work. All in all the rooms are clean and spacious. One downfall is tge hot tub there is not hot. It's very Luke warm . Not sure if they have it this way on purpose. Loraine I believe how she spells is wonderful. I have made so special requests that I needed for my family ,ans she was more than accommodating. Well return again

Residence Inn is a great facility with great staff. We were especially welcomed by Lorraine! She was very helpful and assisted us with all of our needs.

Lorraine Dallas at the front desk was amazing. When we checked in we told her we were hungry. She recommended the West Texas roadhouse, which was a phenomenal steakhouse in town. We ate their many times throughout the month we stayed. She was always friendly welcoming us back and had great advice on places to see and explore. She also made sure the cleaning schedule worked around my husband's work schedule. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone who needs an extended stay.

I always stay here to break up my drive from Indy to Maryland. Always top notch guest service, especially from Lorraine. I've never had any reason to complain. I definitely recommend it. The rooms are clean & comfy. The breakfast buffet is nice as well. Thx!

We were moving from New Jersey to Illinois, and we decided to stop in Ohio so that we could recharge ourselves and move forward. Lorraine is one of the two best front desk persons that we have ever met. She is very friendly and is willing to answer any questions. We were exhausted from the long drive and felt re-energized after talking to her. The room is pretty clean, and we like it very much. The only con of the room is the noise. Somehow, the fan for AC/Heat runs with a very loud noise. We have to switch off the AC/heat. Also, the noise proofing from the Hallway/ceiling is terrible. We can hear the contents of people's speeches.

Most pet friendly hotel we’ve ever stayed in! Also, the rooms were spacious and comfortable. And having a full kitchen came in extremely handy! Shout out to Lorraine who was a ray of sunshine every morning! Our pups just loved their morning pets from her!

Staff was very friendly when we arrived. Room was very clean. We were notified before our stay that the pool was shutdown for renovation. The entire hotel looks like it has been completely renovated. The complimentary breakfast was wonderful . Would stay at again.

We have stayed at the Residence Inn as it offers a home type feel with the separate bedrooms, kitchen, living room and bathrooms. The welcome we received from Lorraine was one of the best from any Marriott. We felt like we were coming home. The hotel is a little off the highway and quiet. There are plenty of chain restaurants nearby and even a local gem. The carpet in our room was showing it's age and needs a little work, but everything else was fine. The only thing we would have liked was better and fresher fruit for breakfast. They were all over ripe. We will make it a point to stay ay more Residence Inns. Thanks!
