Be aware! We booked directly on their website. Upon arriving, we had to wait in line to check in. The front desk clerk told the 3 customers in front of me they had to pay a $55 deposit because they booked via a 3rd party. Then she told me I had to pay it too because "everyone does" (?)... ok, whatever I figured we'd get it back. They only refunded $50. I called and spoke with manager, Meash Patel, who was very rude and said that is a transaction for processing the refund, and the hotel shouldn't have to pay it. Not only was a deposit not disclosed in my reservation, they did not tell me they would keep $5 either. On top of this, they advertised breakfast. IT IS A SNACK-SIZE GRANOLA BAR AND COFFEE. That is it. Nothing else. No waffles, cereal, fruit or anything else pictured. The sign says Breakfast 6am-9am. At 7:30am, there was still nothing out. When I asked the front desk lady, who was very frustrated rifling through papers, she mumbled something about getting it out. We waited 15 minutes to find out it was half granola bars. We packed up, checked out and went to Perkins. The Wendy's across the street was closed. The rude manager said they stopped serving breakfast 4 weeks ago. He refused to refund my $5. I called Wyndham and filed a complaint. Do not stay here unless you are ok paying more and getting less than advertised!
