Hôtel Altis - Restaurant Le Val Vert

We stayed in this hotel from the end of December 2023 to the beginning of January 2024. To say that we were very satisfied is an understatement. The hotel is small but very cozy and clean. There are homelike corners in the lobby and in the restaurant with sofas and armchairs where you can sit and rest. Rooms are spacious, with comfortable bed and daily high-quality cleaning. Our room had enough furniture and a spacious closet to accommodate all the things needed by two skiers (we took a room for two). The bathroom was clean, warm and comfortable with good hot water pressure. There are two free parking zones for visitors next to the hotel, near the main entrance and behind the restaurant. The hotel is located on the main street within walking distance from a supermarket, pharmacy and all necessary shops, as well as equipment rental, and next to the “Olymp” ski cabin lift, with about a 10-minute walk with ski equipment or a 5-minute walk lightly. The hotel has a separate building for skiing and other equipment, very comfortable and warm, boots and equipment were dried out by the morning. The restaurant deserves special compliments. A tasty and satisfying breakfast, sufficient for those who spend the whole day on the ski slopes. The dinners are simply magnificent, during the entire time we lived at the hotel, the menu of the day for dinner was never repeated, the dishes were always different, tasty and very beautifully served. On New Year's Eve, the gala dinner was simply gorgeous! Many thanks to the entire hotel team - all the employees are very friendly and are always happy to help with any issue. They helped us with settling even our personal problems that hotels usually are not obliged to solve. Separately, a huge thanks indeed for everything to Grégory!!! The total conclusion: we feel as if we were not in a hotel, but visiting close relatives. It’s highly likely to be our best ski vacation. We recommend this hotel to everyone! We will try very hard to come here again!

I stayed here for 10 nights while I was attending the WC ski races. positives- - right off of the main street but quiet -restaurants and bars 1 minute away (they also have a restaurant and bar) -room was nice, with a large balcony negatives- -I was on the third floor. They use some second party commercial wifi service, sometimes the wifi worked and sometimes it did not work. Even when ii worked there was no way it would stream movies etc. I asked them and they said "they were aware of this". Not a great answer. - Breakfast was from 7:30 (?) to 9:30 am. I would come in at 9 am and often the scrambled eggs were gone, they did not make more. Same with the little sausages. A few days I just ended up getting a coffee. - Although I did not use it, the reading lamp next to the bed was broken. - There was a small table where I put my laptop, but there was just one plug which had the table lamp plugged into it. They did lend me a power *****.

J'ai passé une semaine au Grand Spa Thermal de Brides les Bains. L'hôtel-restaurant Altis Val Vert est idéalement situé juste en face des thermes. La chambre était cosy et calme. Le balcon donnait à l'arrière vers la montagne. Le restaurant offre un menu délicieux toute la semaine. L'équipe est professionnelle, souriante et chaleureuse. J'y retournerai les yeux fermés.

Il s'agit probablement du meilleur hébergement sur les 3 vallées. Nous y avons passé presque trois semaines et nous en sommes revenus enchantés. L'hôtel est situé à 100m de la télécabine de l'olympe qui en 25 mn vous met au cœur du plus grand domaine skiable du monde. Les installations de l'hôtel sont très performantes avec un véritable local à skis et le chauffage des chaussures. Une grande terrasse agréable et un spa complet avec jacuzzi, sauna et hammam. Un des points forts c'est la restauration . Petit déjeuner de qualité et repas du soir digne d'un étoilé. Produits variés et de qualité, plats préparés avec recherche. En 3 semaines nous n'avons jamais eu le même plat. Enfin les chambres sont agréables bien équipées Nous avions une sdb en douche à l'italienne bien équipée. Propreté et ménage de la chambre opéré avec discrétion. Un personnel très sympathique que ce soit à la réception au restaurant ou pour le nettoyage des chambres. Précision nous étions logés à l'hôtel et il existe des chambres dans un chalet annexe. Un rapport qualité prix optimum. Dernière touche,le patron qui donne à l'ensemble une atmosphère de bonne humeur et d'insouciance. Une hôtellerie qui devrait servir d'exemple à toute la région.

Je reviens d'un séjour de 9 jours. C'est un hôtel très chouette avec un personnel d'une chaleur et d'une gentillesse incroyables. Tout le monde est aux petits soins pour les clients. Je suis triste d'être partie en fin d'après-midi sans avoir pu prendre congé de tous et les remercier pour toutes leurs attentions. Les chambres sont impeccables, les repas diététiques absolument excellents, dignes d'un chef étoilé, avec une présentation soignée qui met l'eau à la bouche. Le service est parfait, pas guindé du tout. L'emplacement est lui aussi parfait pour les curistes, on est à moins de 5 minutes à pied des thermes, en marchant sans se presser. Bref, je n'imagine pas réserver ailleurs quand je retournerai à Brides-les-bains, c'est le lieu idéal pour un magnifique séjour.

Un accueil merveilleux, un personnel à l’écoute et très sympathique. Une cuisine à tomber et pourtant j’ai perdu 2, 4 kg . J’ai déjà réservé pour l’an prochain. L’hôtel où il faut séjourner à Brides les Bains
