unfriendly Rooms cold and noisy (river infront the window) all channels except french blocked Room with a „prison-feeling“ eating and drinking in the rooms is forbidden - really there are signs at the doors

This Hotel was the worst experience that I had the last 40 years in traveling! The people from the management don‘t care what ever problem comes up. I stayed for 12 nights — and from the 1st to the last day the heating in the bathroom did NOT work! I complained to reception every day: „The technician will come tomorrow.“ was the answere in a very unfriendly way. It was never repaiered! After 1 week they even took the 4 german TV Stations out of their TV Program! For Breakfast they offered hard/old baquettes. If something of the buffet was out - they didn‘t care of refill! On some mornings they took croissant from the disconter out of the cellophane and threw them in the basket! Or when bread was out they brouhgt it in their hands! The tables stayed dirty for the whole breakfast time! On the website of the hotel is a restaurant - but they sent the chef on holiday and wanted us to confirm a daily menue with 1 soup, 1 main course and 1 dessert.

Un hôtel d’arnaque. Chef cuisinier parti depuis plusieurs mois. Label diététique retiré pour 2023. Durant mon séjour de 3 semaines, plusieurs chefs et plusieurs directeurs se sont succédés, tous nuls. On nous a envoyés dîner ou déjeuner en ville à maintes reprises. Dès mon arrivée, tentative de me faire payer la totalité du séjour avec une augmentation de 40 % par rapport au même séjour un an auparavant. Il a fallu faire des réunions de résidents pour obtenir des réductions compte tenu des prestations indignes d’un 3 étoiles. Pratiquement rien dans les assiettes, eau noire dans ma baignoire (vidéo à disposition sur demande), arrogance de certains personnels, spa toujours en panne, bibliothèque (?) et billard au sous sol d’un autre âge, aucun entretien véritable, etc… À fuir absolument !

Fuyez la nourriture est infecte . Nous avons pris cet hôtel en nous fiant au photos du chef de cuisine où nous pensions nous régaler pour notre séjour , mais le chef était parti suite à un changement de propriétaire . En entrée une petite carotte après les plats n’étaient pas plus copieux et pour finir le dessert 3 demis abricots . C’est sur qu’en ne mangeant presque pas nous allions maigrir . Tous les jours le même problème en cuisine . Nous n’avons jamais senti la bonne odeur de cuisine dans la salle du resto . Les omelettes le matin étaient bizarres,je pense que c’était des bidons tout pret d’œufs liquides . En deux mots , passez votre chemin allez ailleurs .

A fuir! Annonce mensongère : ce n'est pas un 3*! Le personnel régional est charmant mais ne suffit pas à compenser que l'hôtel est à refaire. Des odeurs pestilentielles au.niveau 0 tous les jours. La cuisine a perdu le Label diététique et nous tombons dans une gamme cantine améliorée. Hôtellerie. Restaurant rien ne correspond à ce qui est annoncé

L'hotel en lui-même était bien mais ce n'est pas pour cela que je mets cette note. Nous avons choisi cet hôtel car il y a une borne de recharge pour voiture électrique. Nous avons dû nous brancher comme convenu avec la réceptionniste sur la deuxième borne normalement réservé à Tesla car celle qui nous était réservée était occupée (à tort). Néanmoins cela aurait dû fonctionner et le matin, batterie au même niveau... Par ailleurs nous n'avons pas été informé que le dimanche le petit déjeuner était servi 1 heure plus tard que les autres jours. Nous avons donc dû partir sans petit déjeuner mais ce n'est pas trop grave mais.. Nous avons demandé le remboursement du petit déjeuner et de la charge auto et là, sur l'adresse email qui nous a confirmer nous avons envoyé un message et 5 relances et jamais de réponse. Nous avons téléphoné et notre interlocutrice était gênée et nous a dit qu'elle en parlait au directeur et nous avons renvoyé la demande faite par email. Mais jamais rien, alors, honnête ?

Une nuit 156 € Petit déjeuner compris. Nous avons passé les 2 nuits suivantes, en semaine bien sûr mais comme à l'Athena, au Mercure 4 * à 119 € petit déjeuner continental compris avec une chambre de luxe, très bonne literie grande salle de bain double vasque, vue sur les montagnes et l'élégance de l'accueil et du confort d'un palace qui doit faire des travaux soit, pour la piscine extérieure et le spa, mais tout de même, pas comparable l!!

Malgré les chamboulements que peut vivre cet hôtel depuis quelques temps avec changement de propriétaire il y a une équipe qui est au top . rarement vu un accueil des professionnels aussi agréable tant des plus les anciens que les plus jeunes merci encore à tous. Les chambres sont biens insorisées et agréables mais la literie pour certaines est vraiment à revoir...

Un personnel accueillant, présent, attentif. Découverte de cette ville pour le WE du 14 juillet. Aucune climatisation dans l'espace restaurant ni dans la chambre malgré le petit balcon côté du Doron à réfléchir pour l'avenir. L'espace Spa est petit et bien confiné. Absence d'extérieur pour se détendre mais à 50 M du magnifique parc, ombragé, s'asseoir au dessus du Doron avec sa bouteille d'eau de source, quelle fraîcheur. La Proximité des chemins de randonnées.
