A laundry room with modern washer / dryer, and bunk beds for four children, complement the basement, along with a home theater room which contains a 55 inch Samsung QLED television, again with XBOX/Playstation hook up capability and a gas stove fireplace. Satellite TV, computer terminals, WiFi, telephones, and internet are included. Because of the multiple level nature of this house, it is not wheelchair accessible and not suitable for individuals with mobility disabilities. It also might not be suitable for some elderly, depending upon their physical conditioning. The rental has beds for up to six adults and four children / teenagers / small adults. (1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Queen, 2 Twin bunk beds). Because of the heights involved, vigilance with small children is necessary. 2022 UPDATE: All five fireplaces are now functional.
