Questo hotel fa parte di un complesso storico unico si respira la storia della villeggiatura di altri tempi. Stanza bella, pulita e funzionale; personale molto accogliente, gentile e disponibile per fornire informazioni. Da non perdere la visita all'hotel centrale e alle sue sale. Colazione ottima, la migliore consumata durante il nostro tour in New England.

Everything was great, breakfast included, free gondola ride (40 minute wait at the grille), two free drinks. About the only thing that was disappointing was finding a seat for dinner. When we made our reservation for our stay, I received an email from a staff member calling herself our “ambassador”. I emailed her but never got a response until our last night there. Additionally, using their phone system to make dinner reservations is useless because they don’t return phone calls. Their concierge service is useless. Other than we had a great time and will definitely return.

We started for two nights ..room with a view faced a building that was not part of the hotel. The lower level reaturant was not good. The hotel reception after 6 pm was less than friendly. Also there was no concierge after 6pm. The main dining room was fantastic for both breakfast and dinner.

Our experience at the Bretton Arms Inn was the best we’ve had and I have lived in and traveled to Europe and many other places! The room was clean, elegant and inviting! The restaurant was amazing - wait staff were so kind and attentive - perfect! These employees stood out: Rich, Front desk manager - amazing customer service! Wonderful, brilliant man who is such a loyal employee! Should be promoted quickly and recognized for his exemplary role as the face of the Bretton Arms Inn!! Nanda - wait staff at Arms restaurant - wonderful service! Sangeeta at Arms restaurant- breakfast - wonderful service! Chef Jonathan - amazing chef! Exquisite artistry!! Best meal EVER!

The Bretton Arms Inn is a hidden Gem many does not know it exist. All the staff we encountered was friendly and helpful,our server Marienett was wonderful. We enjoyed the free breakfast and dinner was great,we will visit and stay here again.

We loved our stay at Omni Bretton Arms Inn, conviniently Located near NH largest Ski mountain, Mt Washington Resort good amenties and the View is beyond imagination. The food and service was great. Will viist again for Fall foliage and Winter activities.

The service at Bretton Arms Inn was outstanding!! I can’t say enough how special the staff made us feel. The servers went out of their way to make sure our meal and experience was exceptional and it definitely was! Our stay was just wonderful, the food was excellent and we can’t wait to come back!

We stayed 7 nights and our experience was incredible. Everything was top notch standard. Great service, great staff, exceptional food quality. The only thing I wish for is that I wish the men’s room in the basement level by Stickney’s was maintained a little better. But overall, no one is perfect, and no one is better than these guys. I’d give a 9.9 out of a 10. Awesome place! I would highly recommend it
