Extended Stay America Suites - Nashville - Brentwood - South

Very sad we stayed here. Their front desk is not 24 hour manned. They don't open their office until 7 am. We were leaving at 6:30 and didn't want to stay around for the grab and go breakfast which was probably not much. The room's smoke detector was missing from the ceiling. The waste bins were overflowing. The bathroom vanity looked like someone had put a cigarette butt on it and scorched it. Won't be going back here again.

I gave two of five stars ONLY because Stephanie at the front desk check in was fantastic. We arrived early and requested a ground room due to health issues. When we arrived to the room and opened the door we saw dirt, debris and a dead bug on the floor. My husband returned to the front desk. Stephanie said she would have it taken care of right away. We waited a short while and went back for inspection and the floor had been cleaned. So we begin to take our belongings in. I noticed when in the bathroom and around the kitchen some wet spots but since they had just mopped I assumed it was still damp. We then realized the towel rack in the bathroom was coming out of the wall and the dust on the rack was thick. My husband went to set some things on the closet rack and it came out of the wall. Later he went to the restroom. The toilet seat was very loose and upon flushing, he noticed water coming up through the flooring. Then we noticed it wasn’t just in the bathroom, it was in the kitchen and dining area as well. This explains the wet spots I thought were from mopping. Also the deodorizing spray used in the room was over kill. When we went to the office and spoke to Stephanie about this, she apologized repeatedly. She issued a full refund to us. She was professional and helpful in every way.

Waste service truck came very early (3-4am) & loudly banged the dumpsters. Stairwell construction was very loud & inconvenient for weeks, and the demolition dumpster blocked resident parking for weeks after completion. There were unrepaired holes in the walls in the closets and bathroom, both dresser faces were broken off. The coffee maker and carafe were not matched, so it would not brew, the replacement didn't work at all, the 3rd one finally did. The stove top smelled terrible when used. Housekeeping failed several times to service the room on schedule, not until I complained. Bottom weather ***** on door was missing, which allowed in cold air and leaves. Bathroom outlet did not work. Construction is old and maintenance is long overdue, and it shows. I would not stay at this location again, unless it was for free.

When I checked in at 7:30 local time on the day of my reservation, I was advised by the woman at the front desk that they did not have a room for me. When I told her I had a reservation for a room with 2 queen beds she said they didn't have an available room with 2 queen beds. I had to pull information out of her by asking, 'What room do you have?'. She said I have a room with one queen bed. I kept asking what happened to my reserved room she said that "they" regularly overbook rooms and there is nothing she could do about it. I was very much infuriated at this situation and at her for the horrible customer service. She seemed very much upset at whomever "they" are and I could tell this was something she was having to repeat to many guests. I took the one room and a couple of us in our party had to sleep on the floor that night. The room was not clean. Carpets were not vacuumed, sheets were not clean (my family did not want to sleep under the dirty sheets). Bathroom sink was not clean, dresser drawers did not fit into dresser, dumpster in parking lot blocked many parking spaces. It was clear that management doesn't value their property at all. I have never had such a horrible experience. I will never stay at an Extended Stay again.

Andrea Williams and staff are very friendly and accommodating. The property is clean and neat and efficient. Convenient to surrounding stores and restaurants, and short trip to Nashville. Good property for any length of stay.

Traveled alone/ long drive! Was so pleasantly surprised to arrive to a clean room, not too loud… Right by everything. Staff was very kind as well! Definitely a great place for the $. I’m a single female traveler, usually with my husband. But it’s so nice to feel safe away from home!
