London Kew Bridge

酒店地點距離kew bridge不遠，門口在施工修路，酒店左邊在造房子，走過去有吃飯的餐廳等，有gairl 咖啡，還算便利。酒店本身一貫風格，早餐還是比較多的，房間算大，總體出差住比較適合，就是暑期放假翻倍不美麗

First room we was given was so dirty, we got moved to another room to which air conditioning wasn't working. I asked for a fan to be told none was available so none of us as a family of 4 had a good night's sleep due to room being far to hot. We was lucky to get 3 hrs sleep. Front entrance was clean but lift area was very dirty.

Average hotel with lack of attention to detail. We arrived at the hotel and neither check in screens were operational. Ringing a bell for a member of staff was slow and the member of staff seemed disinterested in doing his job. The room was as expected for a Premier Inn but some of the basics were not done. The TV did not work and after checking it I found it was not plugged in and the plug had been tucked up behind the wall mount. The extractor fan in the bathroom did not work and I traced this to a switch near the roof on the outer wall being turned off. The bathroom was tatty and dirty with the bath and sinks surrounds peeling off and long black hairs on the walls of the shower area. Our double room also only had one bath towel supplied for two people.

Great location, a short bus ride from Kew Gardens (63 bus every few minutes). The hotel is comfortable with friendly and helpful staff, comfy beds and reasonable breakfast. The room was peaceful and we had a good night’s sleep. Good Turkish restaurant and Thames walk near by.

Fantastic location to public transport, staff helpful when asked for anything was sorted straighten away ,food was good Not a lotv of choice invite bar ,when it was open There was no bar during lunch time period, the bar only opened at night .

The room itself was fine. We did have to fix the shower head as when I first turned it on, water spurted up onto the ceiling. But overall the rest of the stay was fine... apart from the air conditioning. The weekend we were here, there was a heat wave (for April) and the temperature got up to 24 degrees c and our room was showing 26 degrees when we went downstairs to ask if a cold mode could be put onto our AC. The controls on the AC in the room only go down to 19 degrees which is far too hot! The 'cool' mode didn't seem to last very long either with us both waking up multiple times throughout the night. The staff were lovely but something has to be done about the AC only going down to 19!!
