Excellent options with very friendly and attentive staff at the breakfast.
At first I was worried that my room directly facing street and train station can be noisy, but the windows really make it quiet to fall asleep.
The 6€ charge with the wellness center is worth it!

The location close to the train station is convenient but the surrounding is noisy and unpleasant. Some traveler may feel even a bit unsafe. The rooms are a bit of retro style reminding some travelers to German hotels 30 years ago. The service staff training is ok but motivation is a bit low perhaps this is the consequence of understaffing which is a common issue in German hotels at moment. The breakfast was diverse and well managed.

Sehr nette Mitarbeiter. Alles gut organisiert. Schade, dass der Saunabereich am Samstag schon um 20.00 Uhr schließt. Um 19.00 Uhr war die Damensauna schon aus.

Hotel direkt neben dem Bahnhof- leider auch das Zimmer direkt neben der Hochstrasse. Fenster recht gut gedämmt. Wellnessbereich eigentlich schön. Wäre nett gewesen, wenn wir beim Einchecken nach der Frage nach dem Wellnessbereich darauf hingewiesen worden wären, dass es im Zimmer keine Bademäntel gibt, sondern für 4,- an der Rezeption. Das hätte uns den Marsch durch die unübersichtlichen und mässig gut ausgeschilderten Gänge erspart. Auch die "Frühstücksampel" vor dem Frühstücksraum war vollkommen überflüssig, wenn man ja schon mal losgegangen ist. Wir waren Samstag um 9h frühstücken, wurden von der "Ampel" begrüsst mit dem Hinweis, dass jetzt voll ist. Dieser Hinweis wäre im Zimmer und/oder Fahrstuhl sicherlich hilfreicher. Auch die permanenten Hinweise "Duschen vor Baden" im Wellnessbereich sind ohne Duschgel in den Duschen eher nervig. Kleinigkeiten, die den eigentlich recht positiven Gesamteindruck leider etwas schmälern.

Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber Ausstattung und Service sind super. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Es war soweit alles in Ordnung.
