The Timbernest condo, located on the third floor loft, has beautiful views of Peak 9. With a comfortable layout that sleeps 8 people, you are sure to love the peaceful retreat this condo has to offer. As you walk in the door, you will see the hallway and the stairs to the second floor. The living room, kitchen, dining room, primary bedroom, and access to the outdoor deck are all located on the main floor. The first bedroom features a queen size bed, a flat screen TV, a futon couch, and an en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The living room has comfortable furniture with a flat screen TV and a cozy gas fireplace for your family to enjoy. The fully-equipped kitchen is stocked with everything needed to prepare a delicious meal. The dining table includes seating for 4 people with the addition of 4 stools in the kitchen bar. The deck has seating for two people, where you can hear the tranquil sounds of nature. The top floor has the second bedroom with a queen size bed, flat screen TV, walk-in closet, and an en suite bathroom. There is also an additional bunk bed in the common space area, right outside the second bedroom. The hot tub and pool are shared with the condo complex. A free parking space is provided on premises. Please note that like most homes in Breckenridge, this condo does not have A/C.
