Hotel con colazione a Durban

I recently had the pleasure of having my parents stay at this incredible hotel, and I must say, their experience was absolutely exceptional! From the moment they arrived, they were treated to five-star magic with impeccable service, helpfulness, and reliability. The staff were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make their stay unforgettable. Their room was absolutely beautiful, clean and what a breathtaking view of the ocean! Truly amazing and relaxing stay - a home away from home in an abundance of excellence! The sound of the ocean and balcony view was one of many highlights that made this stay truly unforgettable! The food was exquisite, with dinner and breakfast being another highlight of their stay. But what truly made their experience special was the attention to detail and the way the hotel celebrated their anniversary in grandeur. The gifts, chocolates, flowers, and balloons were a lovely touch that made the occasion truly unforgettable. My parents were blown away by the hotel's excellence and the staff's dedication to providing a memorable experience. They left with lifelong memories and can't wait to return. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable stay. Five stars isn't enough – this hotel deserves a glowing review!

Il nostro hotel ha avuto un soggiorno sorprendente, il mio ragazzo ha visitato Durban per la prima volta, e questo posto gli ha completamente sbattuto la mente! Dalla nostra arrivo, il personale incredibile ci ha resi benvenuti, anche sorpreso con un aggiornamento della stanza gratuita. La nostra stanza ha una vista incredibile sull'oceano e sulla città skylineperfetta per rilassarsi e prendere nella bellezza di Durban. La posizione era invincibile: solo passi lontani dai fantastici ristoranti (siamo stati spogliati per la scelta!), la spiaggia, e anche attaccati a un centro per la comodità finale. Che siate alla ricerca di lusso, comodità o solo una spazzatura incredibile, questo hotel offre a tutti i livelli. Certamente saremo tornati! Molto consigliato.

A good place to be with a beautiful view.... ”The View” as its name . Closer to a shopping complex , gas station, 5min drive to the beach, closer to the beach there also restaurantswhere you can dine whole having the beach view, Toti Beach. its also closer to galleria Mall. The place is too steep so be ready for that... Their food is delicious, we had dinner there at their restaurant called Giorgios but its expensive I must say. Not sure about their breakfast and lunch though. Staff and reception is just ok. I had requested them to add a crib bed for a child and upon arrival they told us that the storeroom is closed because we arrived at 6pm so it's too late. We then asked them to give us atleast a bedsheets or any linen so we can make a plan for our son, they said ok but never pitched , nothin, not even getting back to us to say what could be the matter. We asked again the following day, they took four hours to bring a bedsheets. Bottom line is if you have a child do not, I repeat DO NOT book that place because they will lie straight to your face saying they could not reach you since you booked via an APP. I'm not sure whetherI want to talk about their kitchen in the rooms. You will have to call them now and again to bring things and they take 3 to 4hours just for a simple thing like a spoon. One thing I can say is they don't listen and listening means you respect your business and your clients I flew from overseas to rest and have a good time and have treat ourselves since they have a spar but I ended up canceling my plans for a spa because I didn't want additional dissapointments. The rest I don't even want to mention...and that is my experience after paying so much Money and looking forward to a good vacation 😌 BUT...

This is the one of the best hotel of my trip in SA. The swimming pool is amazing and fantastic. The view is also very well. I stayed in South Africa for 1 month and stayed in 10 different hotels. This one is really imprrssive. And I have view the best moon in my lives. I think I am even willing to cross half of the earth to stay there again. The room is not bad. But the disadvantage is the attitude of the receptionist and the professionalism of the restaurant staff are not good enough. Delayed the hotel's progress.

I recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Umhlanga Arch and had a mostly positive experience. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Umhlanga with easy access to everything. The room was lovely and super comfortable, which made for a relaxing stay. The breakfast buffet was amazing,delicious and with plenty of options, which was a great way to start the day. However, the restaurant was way too hot. It felt like everyone was trying to grab a fan, and I honestly think they should either switch on the AC or find a better solution for cooling the space. The pool was nice and well-maintained, and it’s heated, but honestly, it felt a bit strange to swim in a hot pool during summer. I think the heated pool would be much more enjoyable during the cooler months, like in winter. Another downside is that they close the pool way too early….7 pm is pretty unreasonable, especially in a place like Umhlanga where you want to enjoy the evenings. Overall, it’s a good hotel with great amenities, but the restaurant temperature and early pool closure definitely need some attention.

Beautiful place, it is very quiet and peaceful. I loved the sea view😍. The room is very clean and spacious, very friendly staff, always there to help. Breakfast was very delicious, many options to choose from, this guest house is close to many restaurants and party places, this is a huge bonus, very convenient, I highly recommend. Whether you want a peaceful stay of you want to be out and about, this is definitely the right place to book😉❤️

Per la prima volta in Sudafrica, per la prima volta a Durban, l'hotel raccomandato dagli amici sudafricani è a 30 chilometri dall'aeroporto e a circa dieci minuti di auto da Durban.La posizione è anche conveniente. Alla fianco dell'hotel c'è un film di intrattenimento condiviso per mangiare **, con collegamento interno al primo piano dell'hotel. Camminare fino alla spiaggia della costa soleggiata per tre minuti.La zona della stanza di vista del mare prenota è un po'compresa. Una persona può vivere abbastanza, e due persone possono vivere un po'piccola. Il servizio hotel tradizionale inglese, l'ambiente pulito e pulito, la civiltà dei fratelli e sorelle neri del cameriere è educata, soprattutto per i cinesi, qui il servizio hotel è impressionante.

Easy check-in, fabulous view. Peaceful and Quiet. Breakfast was fantastic. Restaurant staff are super helpful and friendly. The pool was stunning and great ambiance. However; 1. The bathroom was not clean. Please see the attached pictures of the hair left behind. 2. Nobody answered our room calls at 6 am 3. No dental kits are given/available 4. There are 0 lights in the ceiling. The side lamps and lights do not provide sufficient lighting. 5. The room was smaller than expected. 6. 1 small bottle of water is provided. The rooms are not provided with any more water except for this one small bottle. If you require more, you have to buy it.

Ho trascorso il mio compleanno all'hotel Balmoral dal 24 aprile al 28 aprile 2926. Era assolutamente fantastico. Ho incontrato un personale così utile, tra cui i suoi manager, ognuno era amichevole e gentile. L'hotel è vecchio, ma si sente così domestico e comodo. Se hai bisogno di qualcosa da ordinare, chiedi solo e il personale è molto efficiente. È stato bello avere una serie di articoli da scegliere. Le tazze di tè dovrebbero essere un po 'più grandi 😋 Grazie ancora per un bel soggiorno

Il servizio è stato grande. devono fornire agli ospiti abbastanza asciugamani, per esempio se si prenota per 2 persone devono portare due asciugamani non uno e anche mettere mat sul bagno.
