Hotel con colazione inclusa a Sunnyvale

We had a GREAT manager and staff and they were very apologetic for all of our issues over our 3 night stay... 1. The key fob was broken in our(1st) 1st floor room. After the front desk, having to let us in 4 times and me having to go to the front dest for new rolm keys 5 times, that is clear out of our room the second night and moved us to a third floor room even further away from the swimming pool (our only request was to the pool). After we got situated into our room, we continued to have issues over the remainder of our stay. We were not alone as I personally witnessed to other families coming to the front desk with the same issue. 2. The breakfast was honestly pretty depressing. One of my 12 year old boys ate a cutie orange for breakfast while the other grabbed a cup of orange juice. I grabbed a small yogurt and a cup of very watered down coffee. They offered cuties, unripe, bananas, premade small omelettes (not appealing), tater tots, two flavors of yogurt and tiny little cups of canned fruit. 3. AMAZING happy hour appetizers we're amazing, to me at least. There was this yummy chicken dish, taquitos, homemade guacamole by the chef himself, Watermelon, bottles of water and cans of soda that you can purchase for $3 dollars. We stumbled upon this, not knowing it even existed. We are pretty happy about this!! 4. The swimming pool was our biggest reason for this hotel. I even called to confirm that it was a nice pool that was definitely heated. I wish they would've disclosed that the pool goes from 3 1/2 to 4 feet (at its deepest). Also, the pool was cold. no just pulled was heated to 84°. It was 90° outside and at 4 PM. The pool was cold... 5. The rooms were average maybe a little smaller than 300 ft.²? The beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were average with showers only. 6. Do not get room 301 on the third floor. Do not get any room that is adjacent to the elevators. I was woken up continuously throughout the night of carts, hitting the walls in the elevator, which is adjacent to my hotel room wall. 7. Cockroaches.... I was sitting on the edge of the hot tub with my feet in and yes, a cockroach cleansed on my leg. Course, I jumped up and after that we saw way too many of them running around on the floors near the hot tub and swimming pool. They were underneath the chairs lounge chairs. Did not see them as much during the day as when we went to the hot tub at 8:30 PM.. I guess they like to come out at night?? Anyway I brought a video to the front desk where I was told that they were aware of this and had just recently sprayed for them. we all know that these like 3 inch cockroaches need a place to live as well, I would just prefer that it was not near me or my immediate surroundings.. the front desk and manager were very apologetic and sympathetic to my feelings to this. Fast-forward to the following morning ... I was at Six Flags with my boys and got a phone call from the front desk supervisor telling me that they were comping my whol

E' stato bello e facile, ha fatto la prenotazione per i miei genitori che aspettavano che mi dassero un intero giro, ma è stato bello e facile. Ho fatto la prenotazione sotto il nome di mio padre e nessun problema. Grazie!!!!!!!

It is very new and clean. Hertz has an office nearby so it is convient for car rental. Car charging is avialable in the basement parking. The breakfirst is good.

Sono un membro di Hilton Gold e sono stato dato i perchi associati all'adesione. La stanza era grande, anche se avevano qualche difficoltà con il sistema chiave digitale. Abbiamo partecipato alla ETB NYE e abbiamo avuto un'esplosione! La musica era grande e l'uso della sala da ballo con la bella decorazione e illuminazione. Dovremmo aspettare molto tempo per bere e non c'era cibo disponibile. Ci siamo chiusi a lavare qualche cibo e siamo stati tentati di uscire per bere. In generale, un grande luogo se potessero solo occuparsi di grandi partite come una festa NYE.

This is a 4.5 star review is for THIS CATEGORY of hotels. This isn't the Ritz or Four Seasons, nor is it a Westin or Hyatt or even a regular Marriott. With that said, I'm comparing this to Fairfield Inn & Suites, TownPlace Suites, Homewood Suites, Embassy Suites, LaQuinta Inn & Suites, etc during March 2022 while we are still coming out of a pandemic. Pro: Close to SJC 900+ square feet Laundry on site $1.75/$1.50 (coin operated is cheaper than using the app, front desk has quarters) Breakfast M-F is hot. SS grab n GO (March 2022, this might be pandemic related) Fitness center 24/7 (cardio and free weights) Arranged like townhouses, each building has 4 units, 2 on street level, 2 upper level. Penthouses include upstairs loft bdrm/bath Coffee daily (Starbucks) Filtered water at front desk dispenses cold and hot We were in penthouse suite which is on 2nd floor walk up (3rd floor is the loft bdrm + bath), parking was right next to the unit Parking $12/night Driving distance less than 10min from so many places (Levi stadium, Great America, Top Golf, Mountain View, Santa Clara) and all major freeways Front desk staff is great, addressed me by name each time and friendly & professional Less than 5 minutes from Whole Foods Santa Clara, which is an Amazon delivery hub so you can ship stuff directly there and they'll hold it for about 2 weeks. Con Floors thump if you're on street level If your building is against the highway, you'll hear some highway noise, bring earplugs. Stairs to loft are not regulation size, almost ladder size so can easily slip down if you have socks and misstep (we know from experience) Shower door would not stay closed during shower Fry pans but no spatula The pullout sofa bed was the absolute worst sofa bed, you could feel the coils on your back, we had to buy an air mattress. Despite the cons, we really liked the drive up to your unit setup (vs a hotel), it felt like living in a townhouse, we hardly saw other guests, and the location for us was perfect, this was our home base for 4 nights and I would stay here again.

Sono rimasto per una notte come punto di partenza per un viaggio di campeggio. Il lobby dell'hotel è bello e ha un odore meraviglioso. Il personale del desk front era super utile e amichevole. Il colazione era buona. La vostra stanza era bella e spaziosa, e la mia era una letto numero di sonno, che mi sembrava grande come un sonnoletto che poteva regolare la fermezza della mattresse. La stanza era pulita, ma si può dire che ha bisogno di una buona pulizia profonda dei tappeti e di un'etichetta di sfogo sulle pareti e sui mobili. Non consiglierei questo posto se sei un sonnoletto leggero. Le pareti sono sottili e si possono sentire i bambini correre attraverso la sala e urlare. Ci sono stati un sacco di parcheggio. Era $12. Non ho potuto provare il bar o il ristorante perché sono andato al centro commerciale vicino invece di fare shopping. In tutto, ho avuto un grande soggiorno e sarei tornato.

One night for business as the location was close to my customer. Staff was very nice. They do charge $15 for parking which is a bit of a joke. Room was clean and typical courtyard format. I was on the first floor facing the street and there was alot of street noise. Overall the location was great. The room was good but the Street Noise and parking charge knocked it down for me

Il personale non era molto attento e non si era assolutamente attento alle loro schermate computer quando si accendeva o si usciva. Ho pagato anticipatamente la mia stanza usando punti di carta di credito combinati con il pagamento. Così è stato pagato anticipatamente. Ho controllato la mia carta di credito e mi hanno pagato la tassa di soggiorno e parcheggio dopo il mio soggiorno. Mi aspettavo solo di pagare il parcheggio. La compagnia con cui ho fatto la prenotazione prepagata è combattere Tetra/Marriott per ottenere il mio secondo pagamento eliminato. Il manager ha detto che non ero costretto a pagare. Ho mandato alla compagnia di prenotazione una copia del mio onere postato dalla dichiarazione della carta di credito. Questo aggiunge che quando si è verificato, l'app Marriott non funzionava, quindi ho detto al desk front. Ho consegnato loro le mie chiavi. Quando ho controllato la struttura di parcheggio era insicurezza, quindi ho pensato che fosse sempre così. Quando si usciva, aveva bisogno di una carta chiave per lasciare il desktop frontale aveva entrambi con le carte chiave. Ho uscito prendendo una carta chiave fuori dalla casella di ritorno. La struttura è pulita e molto bella.Il personale e la contabilità mostrano incompetenza.

This is a great place to stay if you are fussy on cleanliness! The staff, are friendly, helpful, kind and caring. Shey and Jesi are 2 staff members l got to know, all, are more than accommodating!! A very enjoyable experience, clean, safe and quiet. I have already booked this hotel for friends that will be coming to visit. The pool and jacuzzi are a great place for some down time! Thanks to all the staff for creating/maintaining this wonderful place!!
