This new property scores well on the major points: Clean room, comfortable bed and quiet. However, the entire property has a very sterile, hospital-like appearance. Breakfast was edible but that's about it. Other than the cleaning staff, who was friendly and cheerful, the rest of the staff could learn to smile and say hello. If you can get a room at a reasonable price then this hotel is a good value. But at $350+ for one night, look elsewhere.

We had a death in the family, so we had to make quick arrangements, and the place we stayed in the last time was booked. This one was cerainly acceptable, although the room was smaller and the general ambiance was somewhat less than at our prior choice. The sticking point for me was that the room price doesn't include breakfast. There's a Starbucks in the lobby where you can get a limited hot menu. It is totally my faut for not having read the website carefully enough, of course. But I would have made another choice if i'd been aware of that.

Abbiamo avuto un soggiorno inaspettato a Homewood Suites da Hilton Poughkeepsie. Kerry Connelly e il suo staff erano meravigliosi. Non importa quale ora di giorno ti sono stati salutati da personale amichevole. Buffet colazione eccellente. Piscina, meraviglioso spazio esterno con fuoco. Benvenuto mercoledì sera.Se chiami per asciugamani extra non c'è tempo di aspettare. Animali amici.Ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa. Grazie!

Abbiamo scelto l'hotel per la terza volta. Mio marito ha partecipato a un seminario presso IBM e la distanza breve è uno dei punti che sempre apprezziamo. Ci sono altri vantaggi che ci hanno fatto scegliere questo hotel e questa volta non erano più offerti. Il pranzo è stato usato per essere molto completo e non è più completo, per esempio non offre frutta. Un altro servizio che apprezzavamo quando ero sola all'hotel mentre mio marito studiava era una macchina cortese che mi ha portato a qualche volta al corridoio. Il servizio non è più disponibile, la stanza non è stata pulita nelle 5 notti di soggiorno. Se dovessimo cambiare le tovaglie dovevamo andare alla reception per chiederle e invece di dare un set completo, si sono chiesti quanti ne avevamo bisogno. Hanno avuto una ricezione sociale 3 giorni alla settimana, la sera, con bevande e cibo e non lo fanno più .... Hanno abbastanza spazio per farlo fuori o per mettere bevande e cibo inconfezionato o hamburger cucinati fuori come hanno fatto qualche anno fa Nostro In altri hotel Marriott dove abbiamo soggiornato pochi giorni dopo abbiamo avuto colazione completa, pulizia quotidiana della stanza e eccellente qualità di servizio. La prossima volta sceliamo l'hotel Homewood Suites recentemente aperto che ha il vantaggio di vicinanza a IBM

Abbiamo visitato Poughkeepsie per vedere un spettacolo al Rhinebeck Center for Performing Arts. Dopo aver controllato alcuni hotel, ho scelto il Holiday Inn Express perché la posizione era buona, il prezzo era giusto e le valutazioni del lettore erano buone. Sono felice di aver scelto l'Holiday Inn Express.La stanza era ben accoppiata, il personale era amichevole, e le offerte per colazione erano fresche e abbondanti, anche se avrei preferito alcune offerte di cereali freddi non dolci. L'unico punto di svolta era che il custode aveva fatto il bagno al secondo mattino, ma non il letto.
