Hotel con colazione a Minneapolis

Absolutely wonderful. I am super picky and my friends all stayed at other hotels in for a wedding. I was last minute and didn’t like what I had seen in the other hotels my friends were at so I walked down to check out this one and I was so happy I did! Love love love it. Clean and cozy and felt like an adults on the interior furnishings. Other hotels have cheap furniture and feel like dorm rooms. I was really have with this choice all the way around!!! I will definitely be back and can’t wait for their new spa to open!! Staff was great too and hotel was decorated lovely for Christmas! Great price also!

Quando mi sono lasciato la mattina dell'8 maggio 2025, ho incontrato un personale di ricetta al centro di Minneapolis, Hampton Inn.Ho chiesto educatamente se posso tenere il bagaglio. Il personale non solo ha sguardi bianchi, ha mostrato un'imbarazzata mente, ma ha rifiutato di me e ha riso di me quando sono andato via. Ma poi l'ho visto aiutare gli altri ospiti a riparare i bagagli.Come viaggiatore di commercio internazionale, questa è la mia settima visita agli Stati Uniti, la terza visita a Minnesota, e la mia prima esperienza di questa hostilità pubblica. Dopo la mia denuncia ufficiale, la direzione dell'hotel ha risposto al problema e ha registrato il suo lavoro nei documenti del personale e ha detto che migliorerà la formazione e la supervisione interna.L'hotel ha anche promesso di dare i punti Hilton Honors come compensazione, ma finora non ho ancora ricevuto i punti. Anche se le spese di alloggio non possono essere rimborsate, non ero per il rimborso, ma spero che questo possa attirare attenzione e evitare che altri ospiti subiscano un trattamento simile. Ho sempre fidato del marchio Hilton e spero che la negozia possa davvero fare il ”completamento e rispetto” che hanno promesso.

Ho prenotato due notti, ma ho lasciato la prima perché la mia stanza era così fredda con il fuoco e il calore a circa 80... ridicolo.

不算愉快的經歷，訂單上註明不要角落房 還是給了角落房房間很小，衣櫃門被椅子完全擋住；衞生間很大但是放洗漱用品的枱麪很小不知道是什麼設計；重點來了，在攜程訂的兩晚帶早餐，可酒店一口咬定説不帶早餐，我要求他們去確認一下並把中英文訂單給他看，可確認完仍説沒有早餐，沒辦法衹好聯繫攜程 在此表揚一下攜程客服，溝通及時協調也很積極，在酒店仍堅持説沒有的情況下提出補償，直到當天晚上很晚酒店才確認説帶早餐但是有限額，就很無語…酒店離學校很近，住的學生老師很多，但這種服務不敢恭維…

First off, I was charged an extra “historic building” fee when I checked in. When I questioned it, I was told it was because I didn’t use their website to book. The room was ok, no hairdryer. There was an almost constant loud him coming from the bathroom wall. Nice view of the river but awakened at 4 am by people yelling and fighting somewhere. Restaurant only serves breakfast on weekends and we were unable to find any open places for breakfast within walking distance. Wasn’t a terrible stay but I wouldn’t go back.

Experience was epic ! Location was perfect even in The cold weather! Food and bar tops in the country!

C'è un supermercato vicino all'hotel, il trader Joe's, e è molto conveniente comprare cibo.C'è una stazione di metropolitana vicino, che può essere seduto direttamente dall'aeroporto all'hotel, e il trasporto è molto conveniente.Il personale è molto entusiasta, gestire il soggiorno molto facile, il letto morbido e duro, dormire molto comodo e molto tranquillo.

Hotel moderno, ma non forniscono nemmeno acqua potabile. Niente nella stanza per il rinfresco. Approccio minimalista di tipo Kinda. Nessun cibo, tranne due tipi di pizza congelata. C'è anche un sistema d'aria condizionata molto alto che attraversa tutto il posto, sembrava essere su una nave e il rumore era così alto la notte che ho avuto difficoltà a dormire.

Stylish stay in the heart of Minneapolis. Excellent location and beautiful rooms equipped with a Nespresso machine. Don’t miss the top-floor perks: the Prohibition bar on the 27th floor and the stunning observation deck on the 30th. The brunch at Manny’s Steakhouse is also a must. Highly recommended!

The hotel is close to the Target Center (10 minutes by foot - good option for a Timberwolves game). The room is Spacious.., with a comfortable king bed and a good shower as well. The breakfast is fair…, American standard..! I’d stay again..!!
