This beautiful new hotel located right on the shore of Lake Victoria, every room has balcony with great views. The hotel offer free transportation to and from the airport, this hotel is very convenient if you need to use the airport. The room is spacious, clean and free WiFi is available . The staff friendly and hospitable. I will stay there again on my next visit to Uganda.

Servizio molto caldo e accogliente.

Ecologia originale, natura.

Santaria Hotel is a resort-style hotel. It is quiet and the atmosphere inside the hotel is quite good. It has complete facilities, including a swimming pool, fitness center, and sauna. The breakfast is quite good. The service from the staff is good.

Staff is nice. Location is great. Nice view of the lake. Breakfast is ok. Air conditioning not working. Switched rooms and room stayed cooler but water dripped from the air conditioner. Problem with the television in both rooms. Needed to replace the refrigerator in the 2nd room. Water pressure in the shower was low. This was our second time staying in this hotel and had same issues the first time. We will choose another hotel next time.

Great spot and low cost. Service is alright. Some of the facilities need a bit improvement like TV didn't fully work and the shower pressure was so low water barely came out.... but this was only the room we stayed. Overall it is worth it
