Just awesome!! From the moment you arrive at the doorstep to the moment your bags are put in the trunk of the taxi we experienced the highest level of hospitallity possible! This stunning hotel will take you breath once you walk through the lobby to the perfect room with an amazing seaview. During our 6 day stay we enjoyed the private beach and sensational swimming pool, the perfect service at the beach & pool and the terrace. Lunch and dinner at the restaurants, in particular the Terrace Restaurant, are excellent. Fine dining while enjoying an wonderful view over the beach and Atlantic ocean. And above all, a bonus for people like us who like to fight the blue marlin and big tuna. Terrou Bi Marina got two magnificent fishing boats moored. Twin Soul and Born Free are available for a great day at the ocean. The professional crew, outstanding service and high quality fishing gear made our fishing trips, trips to remember! The staff at Terrou Bi, from the doorman to the manager are the kindest people you can imagine. They assisted us during our stay in every way possible. From getting nasal spray to booking a trip to Goree, the slave island in front of Dakar. Without a doubt a perfect place for those who seek a week of relaxing and welness. Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed by the hotel staff, and Rama Sow, the brilliant receptionist, truly stood out. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine warmth made me feel instantly at home. Rama went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met, providing valuable information about the hotel's amenities and local attractions. Her commitment to outstanding service left a lasting impression and set the tone for the rest of my stay. Throughout my time at the Radisson Blu Hotel, I had the pleasure of being assisted by M****l Deyta, whose service was nothing short of exemplary. His friendly demeanor, attentiveness, and willingness to go the extra mile for guests truly made a difference. M****l consistently exceeded my expectations, ensuring that my requests were handled promptly and efficiently. His dedication to providing exceptional service is a testament to the hotel's commitment to guest satisfaction. Now let's talk about the culinary experience at the hotel, which was truly outstanding. Chef Hasan Masoud and his talented team deserve immense praise for their exceptional food selection and quality. Each meal I enjoyed at the hotel's restaurant was a gastronomic delight. The diverse menu showcased a fusion of local flavors and international cuisine, all beautifully presented and bursting with exquisite flavors. e voudrais faire quelques remarques sur axil hôtel ! apparemment la direction ne sait pas utiliser un tél ou un mail pour avertir des changements à l’arrivé !! j’arrive donc le jour de ma réservation et ceci en pleine nuit comme prévu , très fatigué par mon voyage et la surprise ma chambre est occupé !!! on me reloge dans un hôtel de catégorie très très inférieur , je dois me déplacer avec mes bagages à nouveau alors que je suis là pour mon travail !! ni excuses ni dédommagement , à mon départ on me fait payer une chambre qui n’est pas celle que j’ai réservé et on me dit qu’on me l’as compté au prix de l’hôtel de catégorie inférieur comme si cela n’étais pas naturel , on me présente ça comme un avantage !! les voyageurs jugerons !! un vendredi soir sans prévenir les clients de l’hôtel , une soirée dansante est organisée jusqu’à 2h du matin on ne pouvait dormir !! quand de plus les fenêtres absolument pas isolé du bruit nous donne la sensation de dormir dans la rue dès que l’activité matinale reprends !! vraiment je le dit sincèrement cet hôtel ne mérite pas ses clients !! une bonne note aux petits personnels d’étages , aimable et serviable ! le reste de la réception au bar …0/20 !

I had an overall wonderful stay. I enjoyed an upgrade which exceeded my expectations. The suite was very clean and so was the entire hotel. The ocean view was beautiful, staff were warm and friendly, and the cuisine was great. The location of the hotel is central and close proximity to my areas of interest. Special thanks to Safietou at the reception for making my stay a good one.

Passato due settimane in ottobre/novembre 2022 con un grande gruppo di formazione. L'hotel è perfetto per le riunioni d'affari. Il cibo è grande, le camere sono spaziose, con con operazioni d'aria, generatore di backup, bella piscina. Letti laser e comodi. Amazing experience and waiter named Moussa Balde was very kind and helpful. I recommend this hotel as it is very nice and beautiful it has amazing features, the food was great and very diverse, there was food from about every culture and overall I had a great experience.

Hotels are supposed to be your home away from home, and in the 10 years I have been traveling, mostly Africa, 34 African countries, and counting, this has been true until King Fahd. My stay in each country is an average of 3 weeks. I get to know the staff and begin to feel welcome and comfortable; there are always small things, but they generally work out with the help of a willing and able staff. This hotel is convenient to work, and as its website boasts, caters to the business clientele, and has WI-FI, if I come back to Senegal, I will stay somewhere else and make do with the traffic. The housekeeping staff at King Fahd will try to accommodate you, and they do as well as possible, given the rules, but the rooms don’t get much of deep cleaning. The view can also be grand, but you have to ask specifically for a room with a view. Ms Khady Diatta at the front desk is always warm and welcoming very professional and made any front desk transaction seamless. Sadly she is but one. King Fahd is uncomfortable from the beginning, you get some help but not without having to beg for help/service from 3-4 different people. They are the most untrained “hospitality” staff I have encountered, and they will tell you what they think you want to hear, not the truth. Zero communication amongst staff. The WI-FI will not work for hours to days, but they will be surprised when you tell them it is not working if you complain to enough people; in my case, 5 people in one day. They sent two people in the AM to confirm the trouble with WI-FI, but they were not IT, and nothing came of it. I Spoke 2 times to the manager (Fatou Naiaye), 2 hours apart, and she told me they had hotspots available. I have never been more uncomfortable after interacting with a manager than with this manager, who became angry, just short of yelling at me after I tried to explain my frustration with the many things promised but unavailable in this hotel. The restaurant for breakfast is a whole other YUCK; the same wet sponge is used to “clean” the table and mat, swipe the mat, but there is a layer of forearm sweat lingering on the tables that, even after I pointed out made the server giggle and made no more effort to clean. There is no spray disinfectant for cleaning. That said, if you show up to breakfast after 7:00 AM, on my first Sunday, they haven’t rid up the tables or reset them, so you have to go look for flatware and napkins as well as a spot to eat, and they literally ask you what you are looking for!! Same breakfast food every day for three weeks. This is when I decided I couldn’t eat in there just take bananas and yogurt; I tried to leave with two pieces of bread on a plate and yogurt with a spoon to my room but was chased down by Maître ď, who took my plate and spoon, now with two pieces of bread in fist and yogurt back to the room. Apparently, the restaurant manager will not allow flatware or plates/bowls to leave unless it is room service. The rooms are musty and damp, even th

Se vuoi una stanza... che non ha tè, zucchero, tazza, vetro, una caldaia elettrica sporca che è nera alla base e fora specchi neri, prenota il tuo soggiorno qui. - dove fai 6 viaggi al Front Desk per cercare di risolvere un a/c rotto, prenota il tuo soggiorno qui. -che ha un a/c rotto e 6 agenti ti dicono che non è rotto, prenota il tuo soggiorno qui. Se vuoi vedere le roccia che correno in fondo al piano in marcia, prenota il tuo soggiorno qui. Se vuoi che un agente dell'hotel ti dica che per riscaldare la tua stanza, apri la finestra di notte quando è più freddo fuori della tua stanza, prenota il tuo soggiorno qui. Solo uno dei 6 agenti dell'hotel ha finalmente spiegato che ci sono tre opzioni di temperatura nella stanza Fan, Calore, Cold. I numeri sul termostato sono senza senso. Tutti gli altri 5 agenti dell'hotel hanno fatto il numero sul termostato come se fosse un vero termostato. In camera mia, il termostato era bloccato a Cold. Nessuno dei 5 agenti aveva idea di come sparare un termostato rotto. Ho consigliato all'agente di front desk Yanique a 5.30pm, 7.30pm, 8.30pm e 9pm che avevo bisogno di tè, zucchero, una tazza. È arrivato a 9.53pm, mi ha svegliato per consegnarli. Non ha offerto scusa. L'agente dell'hotel mi ha offerto una nuova stanza. Dopo aver dormito per due notti, perché la stanza era così fredda, ho accettato l’offerta e ho sbattuto nel pensiero di imballare le mie cose alle 4 della notte, e ha controllato il computer, scrivendo numerose. Ha poi colpito due porte e si sveglia a 4.45am! Stai fuori di qui se vuoi un buon sonno!

We were blown away by how nice this place was – a veritable oasis in a busy, noisy city. Very trendy and modern with a laid back vibe and African feel. The location in Ngor is great, close to many points of interest, with lots of restaurants and convenience stores located within about 5-minutes walk. The hotel staff were all great, very friendly and welcoming with good English. The rooms are all individual chalets with private courtyards set in African gardens – plenty of privacy. Our room was spacious and modern with all the amenities you’d expect – AC, coffee maker, fridge, TV, hairdryer, etc. The Wifi internet was super fast and we enjoyed the complimentary nuts and coconut cakes. Great bathroom/shower, plenty of space. Everything was clean, comfortable, and quiet. We were surprised to find a relatively well-equipped gym on site, complete with 3 good-quality cardio machines (elliptical, bike, & treadmill), a small selection of dumbbells, and a plate-loaded multigym/safety rack. Also a few benches and other odds and ends. We had some great workouts here. The pool and restaurant are very attractive and trendy. We enjoyed our excellent daily poolside a la carte breakfasts, and ate an evening meal here as well – excellent burgers! There are a few friendly felines roaming the property as well. Overall we had an amazing stay and can’t really find anything negative to say. We would love to stay here again and recommend it to other travelers.
